I couldn't give a dam about the film series, it needs to end, it's been so overdone, I mean you've seen 3 you've seen them all. So much for the British TV series killing themselves at that 4/5 season mark, whilst us tv goes on forever to it's a husk of its former self, didn't seem to apply here. I couldn't care what the character looks like unless it's an it's part or historical figure. But telling me you NEED to have representation or whatever cap they get tell you is b/s, I hate them forcing some shirt to be done way, I mean I just heard about m&m's changing their mascots because they're too offensive, they're ducking cartons for Pete sake (I don't buy them, but it's not something to stop me from it, it's just very stupid & a waste of money on marketing that'll push the price up). Considering his name is James, it's kind of odd to change it to a woman, & even Trevor Noah, a staunch lefty, pointed out the flawed logic in having a black guy play the part when every American women wanted him as the part just because he's black & hot. Saying that I'm not going to go outside a cinema with a pitchfork, or even the online equivalent of they did cast a Malaysian, trans, blind amputee as the character, I just think its serious & it sits me that their trying to force me to think/ act a certain way, these Hollywood pretentious ducks. I don't watch Dr who, but know they're was the change there & as far as I know the logic works they're so it's fine, & she's a decent actress, but know there were keyboard warriors complaining, likely teenage boys, which is weird because you'd think they want a girl idk
