Yessir thats true but sometimes they are not quite the same but it's better if you use mason jars or vacuum packaging if your going to do that.

@Kegan I love them all lol. Different ones I like for different meats and also how much I'm cooking that day. Will say it's hard to beat the Hasty Bake Legacy 131 for an all around do all best bang fo the buck grill and the UDS drum is right up there with it but less capacity, stick burner for briskets and butts.
