Just as a clarification, we decided to accept those who studied in various different countries besides the States because they were technically not raised or born in those countries. It becomes very limited and hard to find those who lived in Korea their whole life that actually speak fluently in English, just because Korea doesn't speak English as much as other countries. It was previously a British occupied territory so most people there know both Mandarin/Cantonese as Chinese dialects for primary language and English as secondary. Also, he studied on at American International School. So there you go. You can't attend an international school if you can't learn and speak fluent English.

I think Rap Mon has the best accent. he sounds like a native and he learned it without studying abroad and living in an english speaking country. I'm amazed! I know people who have lived in the states for 20 years and they still have an accent.

You missed Park Jimin, not from bts, but the singer and ASC host! She's Korean and wasn't raised in an english speaking country. I was so surprised when I found out about this, her english is so perfect I could swear she was native english speaker. She lived in Thailand and attended an international school there. NCT U's Ten too. And GOT7's Bambam.
