All of them are great, but #1 is really the best. I like it when the engineer put a little extra effort into it.
@Major_Tom984 жыл бұрын
Bob nagel That’s why I made it #1! If I’m not mistaken, I believe the Dash 8s have solenoid valves which means the engineer is unable to quill the horn (control how much air is being put out, thus altering the sound). One thing for sure is that he held down the horn button down long enough for a great run by!
@bobnagel64494 жыл бұрын
@@Major_Tom98 I was wondering why the #1 had a special sound. I though it was just due to acoustics.

WHY NO P3, P5, K3, AND M HORNS
@Major_Tom982 жыл бұрын
Allow me to answer your question. This is a compilation of, in my opinion, the best horns I’ve caught trackside between 2012 and 2016. To start off, there is in fact a P5 in this video. It’s towards the end of the video. Next, there’s no M horns in this video because I’ve never caught one. These are rare horns by today’s standards and it’s not often railfans are able to capture them. As for the P3 it is probably my least favorite horn. I’ve also never heard an exceptional K3LA that was worthy of adding to this top 10 compilation. Hope that helps.
