Andre had a better argument out everyone you named he was fckn a strong Marvin Harrison

Agreed u can make an argument for any of these guys in the top 10, I just feel tyreek is one of the biggest game breakers in the literal sense of the word in sports history.

15 slots without Don Hutson? Playing Madden isnt "research". See post below about who the MOST dominant WR ever really was.
@ZazaSports12 күн бұрын
@ZDiddy7777 cuh u can’t convince me to take a guy who played b4 the league was racially integrated above anyone on my list, the guys I have ahead of him if u dropped em in 1939 NFL they’d prolly have the same results as don hutson and just pure skill wise the game is so much more advanced now.

@@ZazaSports Nah I gotta disagree. You gotta watch his highlights. Back when WRs were a gimmick, he was the one that made them mandatory on all teams. He was 10x better a an athlete than everyone back then. Watch the reels.

I am not the most knowledgeable about football, but your top 5 seemed pretty ligit. Lynn Swan was great in the 60s but seeing these guys, he would probably fall futher down the rankings. Greatest NFL teams list in the works as well?
@ZazaSports14 күн бұрын
Lynn Swann deft top 20-25. Ye I know more about football so that’s what’s with the recent football content. And lowkey that’s not a bad idea at all.
@CazMas777712 күн бұрын
Swann played in the '70s cuz.... and wasnt the best receiver on his own team. He made the highlight reel catches, but Stallworth was WR1 in all except maybe the 1st 2 years they played.

@ZDiddy7777 My bad. I was thinking Lance Alworth.

Finally a sane and logical list of the greatest wide receivers. I would mention Steve Largent as an honorable mention simply because he was Jerry before Jerry in many ways. When he retired he had all the wide receiver records that's why. I think Jerry is the goat because the distance between his records and the guy in second place are so much further than any other position in football I can think of. Even Tom Brady who's considered the goat, has numbers that are very close to Peyton Manning and Drew Brees stat-wise. And when you said that you personally think he's the greatest football player ever, I completely agree. I think the only other players in the history of the sport who could be placed in that short list are Lawrence Taylor, Walter Payton, and Jim Brown. Excellent video.

Moss and TOs stats arent an accurate way to compare the two, considering the QBs and teams both played on collecting them. Who is the better WR would be obvious if everybody was given the opportunity to switch either Moss or TO, in their prime, with one of their favorite teams current WRs. Nobody in their right mind would pick TO..... basically everybody, except TO, AB (post Burfict hit) and women who dont follow football, would instantly pick Moss.

Any list of WRs without Don Hutson has ZERO credibility and CANT be taken seriously. Hutson is in the conversation for greatest PLAYER ever, with Brady, LT and Rice. Dude had a season where he nearly had 3x's more Rec. and more than 2x's the rec yds than next player and retired with EVERY record and by LARGE margins. Retired with the most career Rec.- which were 29 MORE than #'s 2,3&4 COMBINED most career rec. yds- which were 761 MORE than #'s 2,3&4 COMBINED most career rec. TDs- which were 7 MORE than # 2,3&4 COMBINED most total career TDs- which were 6 MORE than # 2&3 COMBINED In 11 seasons, led NFL in rec 8 times, rec yds 7 times (yds per game 8 times) and rec TDs 9 times. In '42: 11 games 74 rec, 1,211 yds (707 yds was most ever if excluding Hutson), 17 tds (STILL #6 all time)... had MORE yards than 5 of 9 TEAMS and MORE rec TDs than 8 of 9 TEAMS THATS Babe Ruth type shit, THATS REAL dominance. His 1942 season extrapolated over todays 17 game season equates to: 114 rec 1,872 yds and 26 TDs.... again DOMINANCE!!
