Great List Lukeness. It’s funny none of these figures are truly “bad” atleast in my opinion. I think that just shows how strong the line is when these are the “worst” of the year. -Nate

With the helmetless vader. It does fit properly but it is incredibly fussy and everything has to line up exactly perfectly And marrok is fine he just falls victim to the "rush this figure out so people can have it in time for their media outing" so they dont finish the last details. Other figures that fall victim to this are cobb vanth and bo katan who are amazing figures but cobb is missing some paint weathering as is bo because they were rushed because of the shows they were in

Agree that the hk droid is THE no. 1 worst of the year. My worst list is actually every Ahsoka show figure that has been released so far except Huyang and Sabine. You’ve got super bright dayglo plastics (hk, Hera, Marrok, Ezra) next to no paint (hk, Hera, Ezra), horribly applied paint (Marrok, Baylon) few or no accessories (Elsbeth) scale issues (Baylon, Shin). Just a horrible collection of figures that were obviously rushed, and a wave that obviously had an unbalanced budget with all the funds going to the Sabine fig and her paint apps, leaving the rest of the figures ALL lacking in significant ways. It’s a wave and half that to me that just doesn’t meet the standard of what black series figures are supposed to be.

Bold choices. I don't agree with Bix but I appreciate your opinions. We know Hasbro looks at these channels and they need to hear these things being said. They could have sold more Morgen figures by adding a few simple accessories.

Yea, Bix is honestly a really cool figure but I do agree design wise, she's a bit plain, but that's the point. They're just meant to be normal people living their normal lives. Personally just having a figure to represent her character makes it worth it for me. I think most of the ahsoka figures all really suffered from being based off concept/pre-release material but even then they could have at least gave Morgan the Mando s2 spear.

Other than the shoulders, I don't get the hate around the magnaguard. Mine stand fine and the poseability is great. Easily one of my favorites this year after getting it. I also found that if you put a little silly putty in each part of Vader's helmet, it helps it stay on without being invasive to the paint. A really cheap fix that costs like a dollar.

I got the new Black Series Ahsoka and I think that is replacing the Black Series Maul as best figure of the year, worst figure for me I think it’s Baylen and Syn

HK-87 and Marrok are definitely the worst. I wouldnt put Bix on there though. She has a great likeness, unique outfit and good accessories

A fair enough list I guess, it been most probably the best year ever for the black series line, marrok is an easy custom with 3 or 4 coats of a black wash & a little bit of black sharpie work on the undrsuit,I am not really a big custom person unless it is pretty easy & that was an easy fix & now marrok is such a great fig with crazy good articulation & a great presence on the shelf, hope that you had a good Christmas👍

If you watch Ahsoka Master & Apprentice you see Marrok on the blue screen & the figure is 100% accurate. I learned this about 6 hours ago.

I like vaders figure ,it displays well in package and out of the package.I also have the TVC version and its perfect .not sure why they didnt just scale it up but still a nice figure.

I like the Magma Guard only in TVC. Pre Vizla isn't that bad, but I agree on the design. I agree on General Grievous. I like the debut version better and the Gaming Greats from Gamestop. I like the Darth Vader from ROTJ w/removable helmet in the TVC 40th Ann card. I agree on Clone Trooper Jesse. His armor and helmet was to detailed. I still like Capt. Rex and Commander Cody.

The Jesse figure yes does not have the right bucket but think of this after a couple of missions he changed the bucket because of the data package in it

I don’t agree with Biz and can’t agree when you have a figure like Morgan Elzbeth lower and Mon Mothma not appearing at all. Mon Mothma not only came with nothing she was a traffic cone of a figure and Morgan also came with nothing and featured a lot of reuse. At least Bix is a new figure that comes with some accessories giving her some playability aside from just being a nice looking figure.

I am not really a fan of this worst fig of the list of the year thing to be honest, there are like 15+ figs that could make a number 1,2,3,, 4,5 spot this year, & in any other years gone past in the black series lines this 2023 has been a great year for black series figs wins, when people get spoilt they knit pick for no reason I guess lol i love the Morgan Elsbeth fig, a great fig, that face sculpt is crazy good & good articulation if you try😆a top 20 fig she is but good,I just don't understand a worst list when the year 2023 has been one & most probably the best years for the black series yet
