Similar things have happened with my old Surface RT where it would show the boot screen before cutting to the dead battery screen. 1:44 My best guess is that there IS a message (eg. “Recharge battery”) but the text is white and blends in the background, therefore you can’t see it. 2:14 Reminds me of this one LG phone that kept going “beep beep beep beep beep” like that until it shut down. I might link it, but maybe not.

Hey, Steven. I think the number 5 of your worst low battery alerts, which is the Samsung SGH-E215 is ok to me, cuz it sounds like a bell. I think the number 1 is the worst one, Verykool, P1000 cuz battery empty alert is with continuous beep and I would slam them to ground if I hear them.

Also, Alcatel battery empty sound scares me everytime I hear and see it. Nokia battery low and battery empty messages on older phones were also scary for me, when I was a kid, I freaked out almost all the time I see the text appearing on the screen.
