I think that Kingpin from the Hydra Stomper wave needs a bigger call out for being so terrible. He’s insultingly dinky for a monster like Wilson Fisk (especially since Vincent D’onofrio is freakin 6’4”), and even further that face paint is so soft and small so you can’t even take the head and put him on the comicbook ML Kingpin

1 of the worst marvel legends 2 pack is doc ock and aunt may. That doc ock can't stand on that tentacles. Maybe if you glued them!

I’m a bit torn on your opinion about some of these. You point out the multiple issues with some of the figures but then go on to say you think it’s perfectly fine. Not trying to pick an argument or anything but the list feels really subjective as opposed to overall quality at the price point that it’s at.
