I'm from the future as well all of them have been buffed but the only one's that are mediocre to pathetic are Daphnis,Grogen, and Lora Grogen's third doesn't work like you'd think. he *barely* does more damage then Zaiross all while having a worthless lead, awakening bonus, and a much lower base attack, and a worse third ability. oh and of course Zerath is a god so he's super depressing Lora doesn't make much sense but she could maybe work in toa but... she's still underwelming and Daphnis is still only good at killing toah bosses... yay that's totally what you want from a nat5... only getting to use him once a month :(

Rahul isn't as bad as you think, if you can outspeed Chloe, he's te best Chloe counter in the game. Can counter Theomars, and couple more units that rely on buffs.

Hey Reafi! I'm a subscriber, and I watch your videos all the time. I have to beg to differ about Beth. She was my first Nat 5 as a new player, I was around level 15 when I got her. Beth was a huge help to me as a newbie and I still use her almost everywhere as my farmer. I have her 6* and fully skilled up, her 3rd skill will easily do 20k damage. This helps a ton in dungeons, and her Destroy buff is awesome for revivers and Fire Phoenix. Give her another chance! I bet if you had one you would think differently.

a lot of people dont understand that alot of monsters in this list has been buffed and way back then considered very bad. So to Reafi, i say this list is nostalgic and a great reminder of how far the game has come. RIP Daphnis still though

I Honestly love my rakan. I got the idea of building him bruiser from brainstorming chow ideas (runing my chow) But after a lot of testing on Rune Removal, i found that maximizing atk as well as running Vio/Destroy or Nem with 20k Minimal was the best way to run him. Hes able to bust super stall tanks as well as become a beefy pseudo Hwa. I only run him in GWS so that might limit his viability. But the ability to hard spam skills with vio makes him a major threat that should not be ignored. Base HP is high and LS boosts it further.

If you have one of the nat5 listed in this video, don't worry I have one too lol don't be in denial, just accept it and move on. The more you try to justify a bad monster, the less time you'll have for working on good monsters.

I got my first two nat 5* on the same summoning session: Camilla (arguably, the best nat 5* out there) and Rakan (considered one of the worst). The hype was real back then.

The list is rather interesting i was expecting to see the light pioneer and dark AA there as well because the forums are literally rioting from time to time with certain posts saying that those monsters are just bad and pretty much asking for insane buffs. Would be cool to see a video about the most underrated yet still usable nat 5's and their ups/downs.

Reafi I have a question about your farmer phil progression, at what stage of the game was it that you started getting the runes you used in gb10? If so, if I reach that point should I just keep using refils until I get the runes that I'm going to need or is there more to it? Thanks.

Tho, i think Light PQ and Light Pioneer should be on the list instead of Beth and Rakan. Not on the same spot perse, but Beth and Rakan have uses, Light PQ and Light Pio really have not.

Sam Collee Light Pio isn't amazing but he can be used in GW. His AI needs improvement and he needs to be paired with a very speedy team, keep in mind when units self revive like Perna, their attack bar remains the same. Light PQ can also be useful in the way that she not only reduces cooldown by 2 but also resurges. If you use her correctly she can help spam skills. Same goes for light sky dancer.

The Dark Dragon is actually nice. You don't have to give him any crit rate, just pure crit damg and attack, which should make him deal crazy amount of damg.

Reafi. I am not going to lie to you,I agree with the vast majority of your list. What bothers me is that this list shows a bit of bias towards wind (0 Nat 5 on this list) and the access to half the monsters on this list are nearly impossible to get (When half your "Worst Nat 5" list is Light and Dark monsters, something is wrong.) I was trying to think of a possible remedy for this issue and instead of doing what many other SW KZbinrs and streamers have done, Make a Nat 5 Power Rankings, per element. Power rankings (if you are not familiar with sports of any kind) rank teams, or in this case monsters, based on performance during a predesignated time (usually one week, but you can do between monster balances or per month) This information would give players a bit more insight and a less bias view of nat 5s in the game. Also I believe your immediate post could of been worded better to not make people with these Nat5s feel bad, but why should I care? I don't have any of these on the list (I was real close to Julianne, but got Cadiz instead xD) Just my 2 sense

I completely agree with Brandia. I see a lot of people defending her in the comments. I have her, and honestly, she had no place in the current meta. A single target nuker that isn't Theomars or doesn't bring anything else to the table is just not gonna survive. Brandia is one of these. Sure she can pick one monster regardless of what it is and one shot it. Then what? She's mince meat.

Pontos (light sea emperor) should be on this list. He is a unit not use able anywhere in the game and places he could be used, other units outshine him and there is no need to swap them out for him. His second skill silences for two turns every 4 turns. His third skill gives invincibility for 1 turns and gives immunity for 1 turn up to 3 turns depending on how many debuffs allies have. He does cleanse and give invincibility/immunity but it's useless. He should just give 3 turn immunity instead since there is literally no use for 1 turn immunity unless he goes last, he has a good speed leader 24% for everything. If he cleansed and healed allies for 10% of his max hp if debuffs were removed and his second cool down was 3 instead of 4 he would be at the top with some of the best ld nat 5s

I know junos not on this list but I wish she would be buffed.... make her passive activate with any amount of debuffs on her so even if she's not removing debuffs from all allies like veromos, at least she can be a passive healer if the enemy isn't giving much debuffs

I disagree that hp based damage is bad. HP based damage is great, hence why most beast monks are top tier monsters. What is bad is when one skill scales off hp, but the others do not. That is why Rakan is bad. It is interesting to see that so many of the monsters on the list have an AoE 2nd skill and single target third skill. Com2uS should consider that.

Beth: Unless Wikia is out of date, other Hell Ladies 2nd skill is 150% x 2, while Beth is 130%x3. It's 20% less, but 1 more attack. Julianne- Seems like they wanted to give him the Perna passive, but didn't want too many revive-on-death mons.

I think Lora has some use in Dungeon because of third skill. att break is quite useful for giants since the giant deals massive damage and counters. The damage will be cut to half or a third of the original. And some use for toa cuz of 2 aoe skills.

I think the only thing I'd disagree with on this list is Brandia. Brandia's a little... difficult to explain. She's bad in that you sort of need a team around her (Belladeon, Hellea/Arang, and Karakum are my current choices for Arena), but basically anything she decides to glare at with that bitchy, bitchy glare will die. Painfully. Without mercy. Or... with mercy. I guess... I know you're not a big fan of the single target nuke, but she's awesome at breaking wombos, taking care of stall units, and honestly her cooldown doesn't feel so bad when you consider something's gonna die pretty much every time you use it. c:

Just let you know, dark dragon is going to be The Best damage dealer in the game in the next patch. The third ability will increase crit dmg by 100% instead of crit chance. 50k AOE after armor break.

If they changed shi hou's 2nd skill to water monkey wand which reduces atk bar and armor breaks I think he would be much better. Currently have 2 of those monkeys and Beth -.-'. I find the 35% chance to land cont dmg and the chance to land doesn't go up with skill ups is too Low. Maybe if it was like 50 and with skill ups it becomes 75 would make her more viable in a wombo with Amir. Making it 100% would be too strong as asiima's third skill already lands a bunch of dots.

Let's put aside Shi Hou's 2nd skill and look at 1st and 3rd. Delete's threat with 3rd skill which is massive dmg. Then invincible for next turn, immunity 2 turns. When immunity wears off, nuke skill is available again. He's been very helpful for me in GW and a nice dungeon mon. Sure Theo is better but you do need two teams in GW... bring Theo to one battle, and may need water attacker for second. I thought Rahul was trash too but now thinking Defend plus vampire 1st ability seems pretty good, no? Sounds like some nice sustain. Plus all BM third skill seem to hit pretty hard.

I 6* my Daphnis and max skills I find him quite useful actually, his first skill removes beneficial effects, second skill does nice aoe damage and resets cool down and third skill is great vs tanky things.. works even better with def break which sadly he doesn't apply. While I don't use him as often as I use to he does nuke giants pretty damn fast

Beth, brandia, and julianne are great. brandia can one shot almost anything with defense break, beths buff brought her sky rocketing up and juliannes buff on his passive and 2nd make him a viable attacker now

Chandra should be on the list, not Rahul. At least Rahul has a way to heal himself, whereas Chandra doesn't. As for the water monkey, at least for the main elements, I think he's the best. Never used the light or dark ones so I don't know about them. And why the hell is Brandia on this list. She is meant to kill, so what does it matter that she removes 2 debuffs. Brandia would be amazing for raids. I would agree with Rakan on this list. I feel that even Arnold is better, since Arnold at least does a set amount of damage, it's easier to get larger amounts cause he doesn't need to crit. I don't agree with Julianne. With the right set up he can be the most overpowered unit in the game. He increases the enemies chance of landing a glancing hit on himself, pair him with unit the increase glancing hit chance on the whole party and he just may never fucking die. And as far as I know there are no passive skills that add continuous damage so that means can't add that either.

the last Mon on this list is Super effective against raid, most raids land glance hits (90% of the time). I would actually rate him as one of the best Mons, very effective against arena teams focused on healing, and resistance. Because some teams are focused on healing and resistance they probably have a lower critical rate.

what rakan? no way... rakan is one of the best nuke/tank it was cause of him that i could complete my first toa100, and for pvp is a big monster too can cause real damagem to others, is third skill now that was updated, he is very good for bosses, and with violent and their second skill his skill is always available... bosses even could't move... mine is violent/will Hp/criDam/Hp a little speed and crits subs, he doens't need attack, with this he will cause of his second skill...

Anavel is awesome! Violent proc First skill, Remove harmful effects + heal second skill and AoE Defense break third skill.

+Gee Gee No, I still think she is bad. She is not the worst nat5 because she can be used in many transitional areas (like building your first rift team, or making better GW offenses) but she loses usability in many areas of the game as you progress further. But she isn't useless.

Reafi i actually wouldnt put Brandia in this list because her 3rd skill can do wonders and oneshot everysingle monster in this game... I mean who can survive 60k+ in arena or guild battles and 100k+ in dungeon. Her second skill is actually pretty good because since she shields and atk breaks your team gets more chances of survavibility. Her first skill does decent dmg too plus she provides def break. My brandias max dmg is 240k.

I agree with the whole list except for lora and rahul... Rahul because he is like chandra, except worse, but in all reality if you compare chandra to most nat 5 supports you will most likely not be to enthisiastic about how they match up to chandra. I mean Rahul does have some good things going for him. And lora because she is pretty freaking great as a farmer, lands stuns all day (I know it's not 100% chance, but it doesn't have to be, as long as you don't have terrible rng), does decent damage, and is hard to kill. Most people I have seen use her go vio and will/shield/endure, and other such stuff. Just give her speed hp hp, you don't need to have 50k crits, but 10k crits aoe with stuns, on a tank? That's pretty up there for me. I have no experience using rahul, but I have a bit of exp with lora as 3 friend reps have em

Omg Yay Lora is here !! Finally someone admit she's horrible !! I am a Lora owner and I am so sick of experimenting with her, Rage, Vio, Despair. The only way she's mildly usable is on Rage as a farmer, mine is currently built on Rage and has 33k hp and 196 CD and she can barely farm Faimon Hell. It makes me sad that she's so useless but hey, at least she's frickin adorable

Rakan isn't bad. He hits pretty hard. A lot of players just doesn't give a slice of brain about him being built tanky damage dealer. They always compare him to his brothers who are built differently (speed and atk based DPS). Thus, resulting to his title 'Worst Chimera', 'Worst Nat5*' which I believe is one of the stupidest logic of Summoners War.

All damage dealing skills are based off attack. But if a skill says that damage is according to the monster's SPD/HP. Then, it will just be a combination of both, but will scale more of the latter.

With the UP of grogen i think he will become à fking great mono-nuker ( skill 3 always land as critical hit change to -> this attack deal 100% more crit dmg when land as critical hit).

Hey reafi, I know you had said that rakan needs balancing, which i agree, he does, My rakan, Hits almost 20K with his first and second skill, Plus, the attack bar decrease is awesome in dungeons like the hall of fire, plus, he basically, Once he has max skills, has a permanent Attack increase and immunity, He is a good monster, And brandia, I have had a brandia myself, and she is great with teams that inflict MASS amounts of debuffs, For instance, I Took my friends Brandia into the hall of wind b10 With a debuff team, and nearly one shotted him with her 3rd skill

I think Juno is great. Just like you said, she's anti-chloe and other monsters that uses uses lots of buffs because of predicted future which also lands a whole bunch of continuous damage. I didn't have to worry about chloe ever since I got Juno. I usually use her in my fire team guild battle attack team along with Rica and Atenai.

Reafi, Brandia is actualy quite good for raids. She has atk break + shield, def break, pretty high base spd and high dmg increased by harmful effects. On raids the dragon usually has 5+ harmful effects. She shouldn't be here.

Dark Beast Monk can counter theomars so he isn't as bad as you say ( life drain sucks tho). Also brandia in raids is amazing. Sure it has a high cooldown, but she has def break, atk break, and shield to eat up damage from boss.

Chandra is good because he stuns on his 1st and lands AOE slow on his 3rd. These are much better than vampire effect and buff block.

I would contest that people who say rahul is bad aren't using him correctly. When I first got my rahul, I runed him standard beast monk (vio/rev, hp cd hp) and he sucked dick. A friend of mine told me (as a joke mind you) to give him my second bernard's runes and see how he does. To both of our surprise, swift will spd hp hp actually worked wonders on my defense (34% previous week --> 54% week of change). AD on both weeks was vanessa rahul theo chasun. Only runes that changed during those weeks were rahul's, and I stayed around c2-c3 on both weeks. According to my guildies, theo became borderline unkillable between hug and FB, and apparently a 265 speed rahul is enough to shut down non-cleansing immunity such as chloe, and non-tiana wombos. TL;DR: Just because he's a beast monk, doesn't mean he can be compared to his brothers. He serves a completely different purpose as a dedicated support. Also, has nobody thought about the synergy between rahul's skills? 4000 hp per turn is a ton of hp when you are going around hugging all your squishies. That being said, I probably would never use him anywhere except AD.

I do agree for most of it, I got a Rakan (pretty useless, just a good tank for gwo he work actually well with arnold). I also have Beth(I will speak before update as I think your video was made before update, julianne seems quite good btw). I dont see why so much hate with her, she got a good lead skill (same as brandia) she deal around 40k in 3rd apply a 3 turn defense break and heal block (if enemy not dead) and 30% destroy in a 3cd. Chow or Laika are probably the closest one to her I think as 5 star single nuker (I do have laika to compare). Well there is no comparaison Laika is in the bench and Beth laugh at perna kumar vela even tankmilla cry when she face Beth. So if you have one build her destroy, Mine is actually 2*destroy + broken I can assure you that after eternal scar there is no more tank.

He's not unbearably bad since he is still a tanky bruiser type. He brings decent AoE damage like all beast monks, but yea fairly bad.

+Reafi Yeah except for damage he doesn't contribute much. Veromos can remove his aoe buff block immediately which makes him weak in arena, and continuos damages still go through the hug. Thanks for the wakeup call though :) The video was very informative and your reasons for the rankings were understandable and reasonable

Beth is an amazing nat 5, she does shit-tons of damage if built properly, but why isn't Triton on this list, he doesn't do anything, Aquila is way better than him.

I don't agree with Brandia, I think she is a really good monster with a second attack to put up a shield and her leader skill increases everyone's hp up by 44%

I think Shi Hou is great. Max skilled his third is 3 turn cd, so he has only one turn with no immunity. I use him over my two camillas and theo in gw for his survivability after removing one mon with 44/46k nuke. great base spd allows you also to spd sync him to go with galleon bernard easily even with atk cd atk build.
