Thank you for sharing the truth about Isaac Hayes. Over the years, I've found that the vast majority of people familiar with the circumstances, part of the fandom or otherwise, believe and willfully spread the perpetrated falsehood regarding his stance on South Park's handling of Scientology. In reality, the actor had no problem with anything which had happened up until that point, and, as rightfully pointed out by you, his exit from the show wasn't his decision in the first place. While I may not agree with Scientology or the fact that Isaac Hayes used to be a passionate member thereof, I find it unjust what happened to our beloved character (in my personal top five of all time), as well as the stain this manufactured narrative has left on Hayes' legacy. May he rest in peace. Here's to hoping the truth will prevail.

the best thing about south park is that it never had a major staff change, family guy had it around 2013 i believe. and the simpsons had it every few seasons. trey and matt have always been at the helm of the show. so there’s always usually gonna be a pick up point

Season 20 which I call the (Shank Hunt Season) was the worst season of the whole series of South Park imo. And I gotta say I really hated the Return of Chef especially on how they killed off Chef and what distrubed me so much his how his face was ripped off by a bear and its goddamn awful and a huge disgrace to not only the Chef character but to Issac Hayes

I guess technically I can agree about season 20 but it’s still a pretty funny season. Gerald got a chance to shine and he wasn’t disappointing. And cartmans storyline with his girlfriend was pretty funny. One thing I don’t like was the member berries thing. I never fully understood their point in the storyline.

Uhh no you must not know about the dude, he separated ties with the creators over them making fun of Scientology and he chose to walk away and diss them for a cult which he later left. I know he's dead but he was the one that made the mistake to cross them over something as dumb as Scientology.

Do you watch comedies? Or do you just watch dramas with deep plots and well fleshed out characters? Your standards for judging some of these episodes have nothing to do with a comedy. For example you said Go Fund Yourself just told the same joke all episode and didn’t raise any stakes. Stakes don’t need to be raised it’s a comedy. Secondly what joke is told all episode? The boys want to start a company so they can sit around and do nothing all day.

Honestly, I've always been very fond of Woodland Critter Christmas. Mostly because that was the first South Park episode that I remember watching. Having said that, it always irked me that the whole thing was nothing more than a fabrication by Cartman. 😆

I love South park but I'd have to agree with everything you said about the mr garrison centered episodes of South park. I never really cared for the mr garrison centered episodes since I find them bland and uninteresting and they serve no purpose in being there. Tbh I feel like South park would be much better if they would focus on a more meaningful and interesting storyline on the kid characters from that show kinda similar to what cartoon network shows do in every episode of their shows but I'm just saying.
