i like daredevils armor suit … and it makes sense batman and robin literally have amor plated suits and it makes since why their feats are better because amor suit vs cloth suit

Problem with the 90s was there was a lot of influence by 'hot' artists such as Rob Leifield or Jim Lee. Such as overly musclar bodies with pouches. Hey, I liked the 70s Wonder Woman. The superpowers Wonder Woman returned, but I'm sorry I-Ching was lost in the return. (I liked that old man)

Yes, I cringe when I think of all the needless cross hatching and focus on thigh muscles by the artists of the time. And why did every super team have to have at least one oversized powerhouse, someone with claws, another member with a hilarious amount of guns, and at least one female character with an exaggerated cup size?

Captain America Nomad’s suit is awful. Definitely deserves a spot on this list.

I never liked bulky armor on characters who are mostly agile characters. Bulky armor Captain America, Daredevil and Spiderman are not awesomeness, even if that Spiderman armor has been popularized in the games. Sue Storms 90s m.i.l.f. suit was just a bit much. Especially with Franklin toddlering around the Baxter building.

They tried to keep the Electric Superman suit around by giving it to a female hero called Strange Visitor, but she disappeared from Superman comics not long after.

I think the(Jean Paul Valley) knightfall suit was pretty good tbh, along with the outfit( Bruce Wayne) wore to fight the predator in the 1st Batman VS Predator graphic novel

If you actually bothered to read the comics, you would have learned that there was a reason for The Invisible Girl's costume change AND the change in her attitude at the time. Psycho-Man took advantage of Sue's fragile self-control at this point and amplified her negative emotions. She became Malice, with all of the Invisible Girl's powers but none of her restraint, and attacked the Fantastic Four.

you obviously didn't read the whole story ark for sue storm. the outfit was to represent Sue's mental downward spiral due to domestic abuse. with the end product of that being Malice, Sues evil alter ego, wearing a full leather dominatrix like outfit. So yes story can explain it.

Somehow the worst ones are the ones with potential to be good. Hawkeye in a tunic could have worked as a Robin Hood sort of thing, raven having a feathered cloak could have looked amazing, etc. but we’ll probably never get to see these elements used in a good redesign because everyone associates them with failure.

The Daredevil costume gets more hate than it deserves. I would agree that it needs a little tweaking, but it doesn't deserve to be on this list. I'm tired of seeing Invisible Woman on lists such as this. You say no story can justify her costume but the fact that she was possessed by another entity, I would disagree. She shouldn't look like herself because she wasn't herself. The costume looks un-Susan Storm like, which is the point. I think with a little more digging, more deserving redesigns can be put on this list.

I might have unsubscribed if the 90s Sue Storm costume didn't make the list. Also, Jean Grey going back to the 70s Marvel Girl dress and mask during Hickman's run was awkward. Always hated that costume.

I remember that blue and white suit Superman used to wear, and I have the comic books where Azriel was Batman, and he redesigned the bat suit also, and I saw that redesigned suit Thor wore in the graphic novel of and the first issue of marvel vs dc comic also, and it was weird🙄🤦🏻‍♂🤨.
