The fact is EA works in a massive and ever changing industry and is without a doubt the most anti-consumer company in the industry or dare say any industry. When it comes to Battlefront 2 they are not sorry that they fucked it up for everyone (again), the only thing they are sorry about is they couldnt get away with it this time. They are literally the definition of a scooby doo villian, A big monster in a mask (the mask they are using being the other companys they buy out and force to make these cancerous games) that terrifies the town (our community) and now they are just mad because we caught them and un-masked them. EA was the reason why Stuart Black from Criterion left the company since they were acquired by EA, then BLACK 2 had been cancelled. Beside, EA is also the reason why Renderware Engine has been discontinued. Renderware was used to be a great engine that could be match with modern engine today such as Unreal Engine 4, Frost Bite Engine, RAGE Engine, Source Engine, Cry Engine and Cry Tech but EA killed it. Not true. Prior to the age of microtransactions, they have made and published many good gaming franchises under their name, which they then ruined due to their greed. Look at both _Medal Of Honor_ and _Need For Speed_ for example. _Medal Of Honor_ was considered to be one of the best first-person shooters if not the top FPS back in the 2000s. As for _Need For Speed_, are you seriously going to say that games like _Most Wanted_ (2005 version) and _Carbon_ should not have existed? Those games were literally the most prominent arcade racers back in the day. I have to say this, you are completely wrong when the worst thing they did was existed. I'm not denying though that they are now the worst company in the gaming industry. Because of how they butchered _Medal Of Honor_, I will never touch any new EA game again as I do not want to support their lackluster practices.

EA was the reason why Stuart Black from Criterion left the company since they were acquired by EA, then BLACK 2 had been cancelled. Beside, EA is also the reason why Renderware Engine has been discontinued. Renderware was used to be a great engine that could be match with modern engine today such as Unreal Engine 4, Frost Bite Engine, RAGE Engine, Source Engine, Cry Engine and Cry Tech but EA killed it. NEW IDEA FOR ALL GAMERS: I have set a timer for 5 years. When that timer hits 0, I will buy a game made by EA. But every single time EA publishes a game that includes microsanctions, loot boxes, lay to win, etc. I will reset the timer. And yes, this includes sports games. A game having microtransactions does not make it inherently bad, but if ea wants my trust, than they must release games consistently for 5 years without any of this. After the timer ends, I will be ok if there are some MTs in one of their games as long as it isn't pay to win or the game itself isn't designed from the beginning to encourage buying the MTs(FIFA) also, mobile games are not included in this. Even so, I expect I will have this timer going until the day I die.

Number 1 should have been them buying an exclusive NFL license. For those too young to remember, sport games used to be made by multiple companies which created healthy competition. When 2k sports dropped the price of their popular (but not quite as popular as Madden) franchise NFL2K to 20 dollars from the normal 50, it ate into madden's sales significantly. EA responded not by making a better game or lowering their price, but by negotiating an exclusive deal with the NFL, killing the NFL2K franchise. This led to companies quickly negotiating their own exclusive deals with various sport leagues to not be left out in the cold. Some fifteen years later we are still dealing with the consequences of that decision, as sport games now usually only have to compete with last year's version instead of a competitor. (PES and FIFA not withstanding). Irrevocably and permanently affecting the game industry for the worst? Yeah, I think that deserves the number 1 spot. (Still, good video, thanks)

Swag It i really hope you are joking. The storyline is solid, but nothing really special. The true problem is gameplay: combat is wonky at best, and simpled down for the casual gamer, killing the strategy feeling that Origins gave. You cannot change your companion's equipment, and your own choices are very limited, in particular if you haven't the dlc packs. That kills roleplay. Also, the game has... less than ten dungeons. They all are the same ones, repeated hundreds of times, they just close doors or put a pile of rocks around. And the choices you can make are very limited, as one can see in the Keep. It's a very good action adventure game, but a very bad RPG.

well ain't that the truth but what kept me going is the characters of the game. I like the dialogues in the game. They've put the bad,the good and neutral to know which is which. The battle system isn't entirely bad they just simplified it for the players. And lastly the dungeons, yeah i'm pretty mad when they made it lesser than the Origins but interesting nonetheless

Swag It as i said, sorytelling is solid, but you always get that 'is that all?' feeling. Unlike Origins and even inquisition, which are even in sheer data much bigger, characters do not evolve, or if they do, they devolve as soon as the game is over: Isabela is the prime example. She starts as a slutty pirate, IF you romance seriously she returns to mend her wrong and in the end... is still a slutty pirate. Take Dorian in Inquisition instead: you, without any romance, can roconcile him and his father, and in the end he founds the Lucerni, instead of abandoning Tevinter to its fate.

Mass Effect Andromeda made me completely lose faith in the company. I was a huge Mass Effect fan before its release, and I made the mistake of dropping $$ for the more expensive edition. The game was so bugged on release I couldn't play. And let's just say, it never really got much better from there. They did some things great (battle system) but the game as a whole was a complete shitshow. And, as a sidenote, I really hate the fact they have their grubby paws on The Sims
