I will second the blob is super underrated as a villain. In his early appearances he was basically the prototype for the juggernaut. Pretty much unbeatable and took the whole team just to stop him. Later he became more of a joke character and that’s where he pretty much stayed

Vulcan in the X-Men comics is unhinged due to brutal, psychotic nature as the youngest brother of Cyclops and Havok. He tried to back the Shi'ar Throne from Xandra by force but was beaten by Storm. Alas, I can't forget about the other villains, such as Roughhouse, Bloodscream, Selene, S.H.I.V.A(an android designed to terminate Weapon X subjects if they become uncontrollable), and the Children of the Vault.

Vulcan is easily one of the most powerful antagonists of the XMen. He can literally absorb, control and redirect any and all energy directed towards him. Including both psychic and magical energies. Nobody can even touch him. His only weaknesses are his own pride, shame and guilt.
