About the bank robbery mod: if you knock out the guard and knock out all the pedestrians in the bank you can clear them all without being caught with no difficulty. Knocking out civilians counts as killing them tho and decreases your time, but if you’re quick with the lock picking it doesn’t matter. It’s now my new favorite way to make money in the game

lemme warn you ahead of time mods break quite a few missions, its an easy fix, on missions that crash with mods just use a trainer to suicide and skip the crashing checkpoint, but some missions wont work and you'll just have to skip checkpoint through it all

To be honest "Visual Redemption" is a great mod but it disables the near volumatrics effects that are in vanilla version. and "Whylm's Visual" have breathtaking Volumatric effects but really dark shadows, which makes it difficult to see in some interiors

The best way to play Red Dead 2 is to just walk around and do a whole bunch of nothing, I find myself loving it the most when I am just walking around aimlessly shooting down a random duck or leaning up against a structure and watching the sunset or sunrise, the game is pure genius

3:00 Just one thing about the rifle holster... it's upside down, and because of the vanilla strap that comes with the rifle by default. That too is upside down in the holster as it is now, remove the default strap and flip the rifle to have the barrel down and stock up. Bring the rifle holster up closer to the shoulder and it wouldn't look so odd. Just an suggestion on my part.

might be to late but red dead revolver is def worth trying, it almost feels like the GTA San Andreas of the Red Dead series, the characters can be mentioned in future games, it has that kinda point model design, but its also fun, silly, but also a surprisingly challenging experience, some duels in Red Dead Revolver are multiple times harder then the legendary gunslinger duels from red dead 2, Calloway has nothing on some of those guys

Is it all necessary though is the question 🤔 Eventually I night get into streaming and I know doing that along with playing a game like RDR 2 in 4K 120fps + is going to definitely ask alot from any PC. I prefer HP PC's btw. Gonna want the Ryzen9 for sure. Probably 12 cores or better? Least 64 GB of RAM. Probably 2 TB of storage Im guessing. Any model recommendations? Im only 5 minutes in, but pretty much half the mods he listed so far are just slight differences in features that are already in the game. For example, the lantern mod. While there is no button to store it on your belt, there are things you can do that will do the same. I don't exactly know what will trigger it, but I've done it before.

Lots of cools mods indeed... And it’s just the tip of this iceberg afaik. One disclaimer tho is that ppl ought to know prior to jumping into this rabbit hole is that it kinda ruins the base game imho. How/why you say? Well, it ist highlights how constrained the game truly is. After getting acclimated to modded RDR2 ie: once you find your special combos of mods, you will very well find the base game itself quite boring and suuuuper slow and unnecessary/intentionally slowed down in so many aspects. I for one can’t stand any of the console versions anymore. It’s too vanilla considering the literal countless of options that the PC version(s) has to offer. And that’s all assuming you don’t fall into the deep rabbit hole of developments aka DIY custom mods to make anything you could possibly imagine/want for not only RDR2 but any game you want rly
