Top 100 Rotations for Collaborations in Group Exercises - RG CoP 2017-2021

I made this video to give you a little different content from the one that I normally upload on my channel. At national level competitions, I often see a lack of variety in rotations in group exercises - all used that is used are basic ''chaines'' turns, rolls and cartwheels, sometimes even some acrobatics, but rarely. I have browsed many videos from the World Championships and eliminated 100 interesting rotations that can be used in collaborations with rotation called CR or CRR (if performed over / under / through a competitor or props).

Excellent video, Maja! I would love to see one video only with interesting catches in group exercises! Oh, and I think you missed two excellent rotations: Azerbaijan's 5 balls: a forward inversion holding the ball with the legs, and immediate throw of the ball with a kick. China's 5 balls: two gymnasts raise a third one from the floor, while she holds the ball with the feet and throw it to the gymnast in the back before landing.
