Today's class notes Tense (Tense is the combination of time and action) . Tense is study of verb ✅ There are three types of tense 1. Present tense 2. Past tense 3. Future tense And There are four types of action . 1. Indefintine 2. Continuous 3. Perfect 4. Perfect continuous Rule No (1) There are some words which take simple present tense. ( Always, Daily, Everyday, Often, Usually, Never, Generally, Sometimes, Occasionally, Normally, Seldom, Rarely, Barely, Hardly Scarcely, Frequently, Commonly ). Ex... (A). She always speaks lie . (B) . Ram goes temple everyday. Note... ( Proverb / habitual action/ informative sentence/ daily routine -------- present indefinite tense) ✅✅✅ Rule No (2) There are some words which take always present continuous tense ( These days, currently, still, today , at present, at the moment, now a days , now ) Ex.. (A). Manish is still watching movie on the television. (B). Som is writing a book these days. Rule No 3 There are some words which take always present perfect tense. ( So far, already, up to now , lately, yet, up to present, recently , just ). Ex... (A). Som has just finished her work . (B). Monu has already gone to Delhi .
