Sir mera kidney transplant 2014 me huaa tha but FSGS ke karan rejection ho gaya or ab mai 4 sal se dialysis pe hu. Lekin mera BP control nhi ho raha hai ab mujhe Nicardia 20 mg din me 6 Arkamin din me 3 Aten 50 mg din me 2 or Sorbitrate 10 mg din me 3 hai fir bhi bp control nhi hai. Kya karan Ho sakta hai! As salam alaikum sir, mere frnd ko kal biopsy ki report aayi sir aur IgA Nephropathy diagnose hua hai, sir any medium through which I can contact you and share all his test reports so that we will get best consultation Thankyou sir. Impression of Biopsy report: 1. IgA Nephropathy associated with mild to moderate increase in mesangial matrix with segmental tuft sclerosis in 1/6 glomeruli and global tuft sclerosis in 3/6 glomeruli 2. Focal chronic interstitial inflimatiom and significant increase in tubulointerstitial chronicity and observed in sampled scant cortex. 3. Arterial fibrointemal sclerosis and prominent arteriolar hyalinosis lesions are noted.
