Favorite are the little pumpkins that you traced out of the fabric. And then glued it all on the raffia wreath! So cute! Our favorite Thanksgiving meal that we do is: before we eat, say the blessing and during our blessing, we will thank God for what we are thankful for. Each person around the tables does this. It’s very special and a great way to thank God for many blessings that we each have.

I like all of them. One thing you do that I like may sound silly, but it really does bother me when people take a piece of paper or fabric and place something in the middle to cut it out leaving waste around all sides. I loved that'll you will move as close to the edge to conserve materials that can be used for another project.

I do try not to waste. Sometimes I am more successful than other times. I pretty much save everything thinking I’ll use it someday. 😊

Amen. I always move my pieces to the edge of paper and fabric, felt, etc to cut out to prevent waste. I hate to see bloggers put a pumpkin or leaf right in the middle of an 8x11 sheet of felt and ruin the rest. Great observation, Anne.

You really make it tough to pick a favorite Courtney. Seriously. If someone was FORCING me to choose I’d have to go with two.....the gorgeous (& clever) Kirkland’s dupe and the raffia wreath. Love the idea of adding some sort of fabric followed with the braided raffia and your adorable pumpkins. Fall is my favorite time of year and when our kids were little we loved to go pumpkin and apple picking and we’d have a contest to see who could find the largest/most colorful/“different” kind of leaf. Then we’d iron them flat between waxed paper and use for a fall “sign” or poster. AND we went to about a million soccer games throughout the years and we loved every crazy minute of it all. Our kids played in a weekend league since they were 5, right through HS and they all played soccer from grades 7-12. It made us crazy sometimes but I can honestly say I miss it terribly now that they’re grown and on their own. I hope you’re having an amazing weekend. Stay cool! 🤗 #kindnessmatters

I really like that you use a spatula to help hold down things when you are hot gluing. I've been hot gluing for my entire life and I have used things but I never thought of that! Really really good tip. I really like watching this video. It's nice when you see other people who are just as creative do different things because even if the craft is not your style you always still end up picking up a little bit of inspiration that might take you in a different direction. That's what crafting is all about

My favorite is 💯 the little picket fence thing! LOVE LOVE LOVE that! {especially after you added the little lights!} I just love adding all those little last minute touches to projects! As far as traditions, MOST of our entire family has ALWAYS gotten together at THANKSGIVING! It was always kind of an "unwritten rule" when anyone got married or whatever that THANKSGIVING would ALWAYS be with our family! It was kinda sorta our own version of a family reunion, without really calling it that. We would take turns having at someone else's house, but as the families have grown so much, the choices of where to have it have been reduced to going between whoever has the big enough houses.... We have a pretty big "semi immediate family" and believe it or not, even though we are up to somewhere around the "50 people" mark, EVERYONE is still REALLLLLY close..... Even if we only see each other on Thanksgiving! We've always kept CHRISTMAS for the more REALLLLLY IMMEDIATE FAMILY because of the kids and such. The whole "SANTA" thing is kinda personal so traveling to someone else's home for all that would just kinda make that awkward and less memorable... We are spread out between the Dallas area, Houston area and a few others in Pittsburgh, TX.... But we all really try hard to make sure we are all at the THANKSGIVING festivity. I feel EXTREMELY BLESSED to have such a large, super close and loving family! We moved to the Houston area about 7 years ago to be next door to my ALMOST 91 year old grama in case she needs us so it's really more important now than EVER to try harder to make it to Thanksgiving since we never know when it will be her last. 😢 She's in great health, at least for her age, but 91 is STILL 91! OK. Sorry for the novel 📖. Lol {it's my calling card lol #ADHD} but I kinda just got caught up in the memories. It's kinda sad that most of the youger generations aren't as sentimental about making what to them SEEMS like "just another day"... but when they get our age, they just might wish and/or APPRECIATE the things we do when they are sitting around trying to think of their favorite traditional things about the holidays! 😘 Again, sorry for always having such long comments. Lots of clever techniques that can be spring boards to a world of possibilities. I particularly like the last wreath, but would have stopped with just the raffia woven wreath and maybe a little embellishment at the top. The farmstand is also adorable, and I like the way you transform the Dollar Tree pumpkin signs.

They were all wonderful and uniquely done....which I love! Thank you for sharing. Favorite tradition? I honestly can not pick one. We have a very large family. There's simply so many wonderful memories and traditions that to pick just one would be impossible! Lol I WILL say this, now that my children are grown and gone (we are NEWLY empty nesters) one making us grandparents, we started sharing a favorite memory thus far that year and from the day itself. We also shared what our favorite dish was. Then, we end it with what each person is thankful for. I'm truly blessed to have my family and the closeness that we share. Good luck with your bucket list. I made one myself for different reasons and it has honestly made me go out of my comfort zone. Due to me absolutely hating to not follow through on something, I have really enjoyed sticking to that list. Have a blessed day and I am so glad I stumbled upon you.

I love the Farmer's Market "booth" you made and the 3 pumpkin dimensional pieces with the scrapbook paper, leaves, etc. You are such an inspiration to your viewers. Keep up the good work! Also, you are to be commended on the music background you provide. It is beautiful and not too loud. So often the music is so loud on blogger's channels that I have to turn it down, only to have to increase the volumn to hear the blogger speak. It's frustrating. You have a perfect blend.
