Thanks for this video about food. Because I know one word it will not enough. There are words of food in English and we should be know, at least 50% maybe less a letter. And I know that some people got used to saying the food everywhere and it doesn’t matter it will be correct or no. Therefore thank you a lot for these phrases about food.

This is confusing... There's "cut down" at 2:00, but the test on the very next slide has the right answer "cut back on" instead "cut down on". Another test at 6:11 has "cut back on" again. You can see "cut down on" on the first list at 0:04, but "cut back on" on the last list at 10:33... So what's going on? Do cut back on and cut down on mean the same thing? Or is there a mistake in the video?
