One thing, universal decor shard boxes are very valuable aswell to level up decors you get.

Hello buddy. Nice Video again. Simple and specific. The order is in spot. I think Universal Decor shards also should be there. Especially if in free event you get some good decor. You will be able to use the Universal Decor shards to level them up. Can you please and if possible try to put emphasis on free to play, player to participate in those free event. For sure I try to highlight things for Free to Play Players, and I think for Vit and Gems events are huge for everyone. I agree on that item also. It's big being able to upgrade your decor!

Hi, I need your thought on EL Skins. Which is more important and which is meh?

If you don't have a base skin, I would go Radiant Wings if you can fully upgrade it. Otherwise i think the others are outdated and other rewards are worth more. Void I would grab as skin 2 for cross war zone buff as choice 2 if you do have a good main base skin.
