As a new player, things like raderio scare the shit out of me, because if you don't have a score, how am I supposed to learn and get the experience. Other than "find a guild" I suppose. Like I can do all the research I want on KZbin about mechanics etc but none of that will reflect on my nonexistant score

Honestly if you are late to the game when people already have high scores, your best shot is hosting the dungeon yourself OR playing tank or healer. DPS hardly ever get chosen without that score.

Always the best way to earn a new key, item and score is to host your own key. It is much harder to join BCS you never know who is hosting the key, what he needs and what he knows. By creating your own group you have full control. And really - rio numbers are high but only after 2k+ it is any difference. For beginners you shouldn't care about it but it is the easiest way to check other players'experiences.

@@ConCon yeah that's why addons like this add so much performance anxiety, lacking a good score means people are already going to assume you suck, preemptively making your mistakes stand out more. I know it's annoying to have shitty players in your group, especially if they refuse to do their own research, but it feels very insurmountable as a new player who is obviously going to suck.

I play multiple characters in m+ and I can say most people don't care about the score as much with lower keys. Just start with 2s and build up your score and experience. You'll get in groups.

you just start out in low keys while you build up your gear. by the time you are geared, you will have score. if you just run a 2 of each key 2 weeks in a row, you will be at around 1600 and that is enough to get into most groups currently. its really not hard to push your score up this season.

Great vid thanks. Question about your bags inventory. Is that an add-on to make all your bag slots into one view, or do you just have a crazy ginormous bag?

Used to use Bagnon, but no I think its an option in the game now by default, you can choose either big bag or several bags. I think its a setting on the bag screen

@@ConCon it is a default option in settings. I havent played in 15 years and have been pleased to see all the added improvements. maybe in another 15 we wont need addons 🤣

The main reason ppl use Postal is mailing thing to ALT's It remembers all ALTs and Guild members. You only talked about 1/2 of the addon.

Bro half of these things are already baked into the game. The map filtering was not part of an addon. Open all on mailboxes is a thing. You can edit the in game hotbars just as easily using the in games Edit Mode. I think you have been using addons way too much you don't know the differences lol

Lol maybe so, I returned in season 3 dragonflight coming from shadowlands season 1. It's unusual to see the game so updated with features like this. I like the edit mode but wasn't able to create what I had with Bartender4 but perhaps I'll try turn a few off and see what workarounds I can find in base game

I was thinking the same thing about the mailbox. I open all and don’t have postal. I have auctionator tho. Bartender I ended up getting again because in game built in doesn’t let me resize the xp bar and there was one other thing I can’t remember what it was now but if bartender ever became broken I could live with out it. They really have stepped it up tho with the built ins. I just came back last month and haven’t played since pandaria. Played the hell out of cataclysm.

Oh and shadowed frames I still use. I don’t understand why blizzard won’t just let us customize are target frames. The one that shows our player icon and health bar and cast bar. Or enemy and friendly nameplates.

Maybe i am wrong but i never used postal and i did everything what this addon is doing already. Ofc i have difference ui, maybe i have something and i dont even know. But im pretty sure that postal's options are in game right now.

I've had it so long I don't think I noticed they changed the mailbox then, I know edit mode is a thing now though which is great. I'd love for them to include all these features as a base part of the game

You need addons, a meta class, a perfect io score, hell, all of this still won't get you into groups easy
