Thank you for this video, now that many aspiring VAs who also looking for jobs this is very helpful, as someone na nagoyo ng unreg/non legit VA agency ang dami kong bad experiences. Oo babayaran ka pero wala ka ng nararapat na benefits na nararapat para sayo as employee, most of tthe non registered VA agencies wont give you COEs, HMOs,OT pay, Paid Leaves, etc. Kaya ipush talaga makahanap na legit at registered.

I have watched a few of your videos. Can you please recommend a virtual assistant company from the Philippines that creates and manages the team for you. Most of the companies you mention are freelance companies which require me to siphon their all applicants.
