Mama mia, here we have some of the sickest combos ever performed by the unexpectedly stylish plumber Mario, his kit actually has way more potential for styling all over your opponent than most people give him credit for, he's super hype and an extremely entertaining character to watch in the right hands.

Sakurai is always faithful to Mario. Although he’s just shy of being a top tier character, all of his moves look flashy and powerful. The combos he can pull off are amazing. I think his best incarnation is smash 64, mainly because of his F-air and B-air of doom. Those things are deadly.

Melee Mario was my Smash element, dude. I miss how he felt to play back in Melee so badly. From his tornado to the simple physics of Melee, this was Mario for me. I still love him in the modern Smash games and he’s still in my main list, but this will always be the definitive Smash Mario for me.
