Protect our farmers thru Contract growing, wherein at the start of the planting they already have a floor price that ensures their INCOME...AND NOT FAILURE ALL THE TIME

Paano ang detalye nang contract growing na pinasok nyo? Magbigay ng halimbawa naman. If a comprador advance 100k, and eventually storm comes, crop fails, who bears the loss of 100k?, the farmer or comprador, 50-50? The devil is in the detail

Mapapasanaol nalng yung totoong nagpafarm. Kung totoo yan mayaman na sana mga nagpafarm ngayon. One important thing to consider is the weather. Kung ayaw mo matunaw pera ma pag aralan mo maigi ang pagfarming hindi yung aasa mo sa katiwala.

This seems good pero calculating by gross income parallel to days/months from planting to harvesting should also be included. It would be wise to note that producing onions (red) with 90-120 days of harvest is better than tree crops that would take years to grow and mature. Pineapple also takes around 1-2 years from initial planting ( unless budburan ng chemicals to flower and have fruit). I'm surprised wla din ung ampalaya, sili, calamsi and pechay considering they are most farmers cash crops. Sili provides harvest up to a year while calamansi produces for decades. It's lesser cost for capital investment unlike other crops na tanim ulit pagka harvest. :D But then again, I could be wrong. :D Thanks for this wonderful content.

The price is different if ur farm is far from the populace who need to buy it and also consider the thieves, the pests, calamities, the taxes,the production costs that can deter ur production and income. Its a lot of shit than what many expects of the gains you get from it.

Good video. So many ways for farms to make money. But why do the majority of farms want to grow rice instead?
@ayoo9646
@ayoo9646 2 жыл бұрын
One reason is because of the market.

Garlic takes 9 months from seed to harvest, NOT 180 DAYS Pili Nut Tree takes 7-10 years to produce a good quality and good amount of nuts NOT 300 days. The same as cashews! The tree takes 7 to 10 years to mature and produce good quality fruits not 100 days... you have to take account the time a tree was air layered, planted and grown to a producing tree, not just the maturity of the fruits... Pineapple takes 20 months to grow from crown to fruit maturity! kakaloko kayo! LOL

@@ProfitableAgribusinessIdeas This is one of our farmers problem tuwing harvest season. Direct buyers will not just show up and purchase the products, direct buyers coordinate with the middle person to transact with the farmers. Before the product reach to Market, dumaan na ito sa ilang kamay, naka-ilang patong na sa farmgate price. Recently lang, ang farmgate price ng kalabasa went down to P4-P5 per kilo, but the market price is P50/kilo. Middle person or Agents as we call it dito sa bukid, sobra kong tumawad kulang nalang hingiin, do the farmers have a choice? Wala, dahil nabubulok ang products and most of our small farmers cannot afford the rent of cold storage.
