I think the stats are a bit wrong. I'm french and most of the time I hear France is only second, right behind Spain. It vastly depends on how the statistics are conducted. For example many people go through France for tourism in Spain, which inflates France's number of tourists, depending on how tourists are counted.

Ahhh la France ! La France ce n’est pas que Paris et la Tour Eiffel mais de très nombreux lieux culturels plus ou moins connus. Une grande diversité des paysages, des régions et de l’architecture. La Provence pour les paysages a coupé le souffle et ces villages et châteaux perdus, la Bretagne une culture incroyable avec une architecture de pierre imposante et de longue étendue de plage et son sable blanc. Une gastronomie excellente et un accueil toujours particulièrement local (à Paris l’accueil local est fort peu chaleureux 😂). Les châteaux de la Loire, le Mont Saint Michel, les nombreux massifs (Alpes, Vosges, jura, pyrénéens, etc…), l’Auvergne somptueuse, la Normandie dépaysement garanti… Bref je ne j’ai pas m’étaler d’avantage mais vive la France 💙🤍❤️

@@fizyoutoo5619 No everyone just wants to go to Paris cause it's known to be a place of history and known for the culture around it, Paris is a nice city to visit, most people in France will agree with me on what I'm gonna say, and it's that I think Paris doens't represent France at all, Paris is a place full of terrible people always stressed and who don't have time, you go anywhere else in France you are sure to find kind people and fun people who actually have something more in their life than money and their work, cause that's what Paris is all about and that's a shame cause it's a beautiful place the people in it are just not it 😂, else where in France you'll find beautifull landscapes like in Brittany in the north and in the south as well with people with an extremely cute and charming accent as well as nice weather and some nice landscapes , Paris is nice but it overshadows what the rest of France is unfortunately 😐

that's such a naive statement lol. why would you expect Montenegro here? it's a tiny country, most people don't know it but they have 2m tourists in a normal year, which is good for their small population. Croatia got nearly 20m tourists in 2019. Austria is definitely amazing for tourism, alot of beautiful mountains, lakes, great for outdoor activities, winter sport and well known and visited cities like Vienna, Salzburg. Ukraine is a huge country, it has nice coastal areas on the black sea for summer tourists, mountains, well known and visited cities like Kiev and it's very cheap for holidays.

I think Italy could be higher, despite the fact that it’s not a big country, ‘cause… we have an infinite amount of historical sites, we have coast and hills etc. But the most relevant thing is that… Rome, Tuscany, Emilia-Romagna, Puglia, Umbria, Campania etc. are phisically very close to each other, but any territory is different in terms of culture, art, food and landscape. I’m not talking about that as a cringe-nationalist-proud-guy 😅 (i don’t deserve credits on Italian beauty, so I don’t understand any national proudness tbh) Far from it… if a country with this type of potential is constantly so far from French numbers, there are political faults, lack of enhancement. But worst is yet to come :) we’re about to elect a fascist-racist-antifeminist-antieuropean woman as a prime-minister 😅 (Don’t misunderstand me about French numbers comparison: I visited French too and I think it’s very beautiful, but the big gap in tourists numbers depends to their better enhancement of the potential. And anyway that’s not the actual problem (in fact: no one in Italy actually talks about unbalanced media situation) (But I can explain why ur comment is just stupid:) First: newspapers just reach a little amount of society. Unità & Manifesto were the voices of real left, with their problem & shit, oc, but… they just desappear. Biggest media on paper are Corriere della Sera, a liberal media (sort of liberal right), Sole 24 Ore (also right liberal, an economic media expression of Confindustria, the confederation of high capitalistic corporation) and Repubblica (very moderate progressive newspaper. ) Minor title are La Stampa (soft as Repubblica but also related to Agnelli/Fiat world: do the math), il Fatto Quotidiano (born as an indipendent media… now it’s a hide house organ of Movimento 5 Stelle. And M5s is not left at all) and a group of very aggressive right media like Il Giornale, Libero etc., related to Berlusconi (who is part of the new government) and general right. Padania (lega house organ) also failed Tnx to Lega robbery. Obvious: Lega is another part of new government. But… just face the fact that Italians don’t read. But they watch television: public television have 3 generalistic channels (and some tematic channels). The two biggest channels are conducted from a lot of year by a majority of right nominated heads. Other big media is Mediaset (also some tematic channels and 3 bigger generalistics channel) owned by Silvio Berlusconi. Teorical alternative is La7, a channel where right, left and superpartes media seems to coexist in a balanced way. But… at the end owned by Urbano Cairo, who is more a friend then an opponent to Berlusconi. Where are the leftist media system u talked about? If u don’t know about a thing, maybe u just have to stfu 🤣 (And I don’t have enough energy to spend time in social-media situations… but u should google for morisi and la bestia, to try understand the hera Italian is facing.

I voted for him but with any pleasure). Meloni… it’s not just about her fascist past (and present), her hate for women rights and gay equality. It not just about her racism and her lack of humanity for desperate and poor people (even Italian poor people). She just don’t have an agenda besides propaganda. She don’t have a plan for anything. (And in a way you could say the same to Partito Democratico and others opponents but:) She also pretend to manage a country with a fkd up economy and a very bed public monetary debts situation keeping italy near to Orban politics, going far from European central system, denying the fact that Italian economy is not capable to live without Europe. And, for all the chickens who trust her empty speeches… she (as me) don’t give a f about identity, religion, family and any other topic used to gain retarder people vote. And also she’s not against big financial speculation, lobbies etc. In italy this kind or right is istorically connected, after the death of social-right, with big corporation etc. And… really? U are so brave to talk about her ignoring that she is prime minister with a majority composed by Silvio Berlusconi and Matteo Salvini’s parties? She’s noting new or different. She’s just smarter and cold-hearted then Gianfranco Fini and previously post-fascist faces legitimated by Berlusconi (Berlusconi’s Hera, to be fair)
