Hey, this is something you might appreciate. That Legitimate Business thing is probably there because it sounds similar to the Sopranos theme (Woke Up This Morning), which was later used as Fat Tony's soundtrack when he was driving around Springfield. So, that's probably why it's there. That's such a great song, and that was a very cool scene with Fat Tony, driving around smoking a cigarette while the song played.

And another funny fact is that the Bell used in the Soundtrack is not the same one used in Hell's Bells. But it's actually the Bell from "For whom the bell tolls" from Metallica. So it's a 2 in 1 combo

For #12, the "Ketchup Logic" theme was heavily inspired by Tom Jones's "it's Not Unusual".In the show, Marge is said to love Tom Jones and this was more or less a nod to the series canon.

My favourite tracks are never trust a snake/set to kill mission music, the Duff brewery theme music from level's 3 and 6, phonebooth music, legitimate business from level's 2 and 5, Bart goes downtown, Bart's casual driving music, hit & run music, Bart n frink mission music and operation hellfish mission music

Don’t forget that the “homer’s day” music is also played in level 4 when you’re driving around as marge. Which I kind of thought was weird in some aspects but I still liked it there.

Legitimate Business is the best song from the game. It kind of sounds like the music you'd hear in the old Adult Swim anime bumpers from 2005. Very nostalgic and I've even used the song in one of my videos on my channel

The monkey sound you mentioned in the 8th one, is actually a instrument called Cuíca. A instrument very used in songs like Samba, Jazz, or Bossa Nova... It's really cool.

Halls Balls in the same spirit of Hells Bells by AC/DC. The monkey beatboxing in Wolves Stole My Pills is a real instrument called a Cuica. Homers Day always reminds me of my first crush Jamie who first showed this game to me, we just played on level 1 and blew up homers pink car and drove the wreck around. Number 1 for me would definitely be Bart’s main driving theme, another good ones IMO are Detention Deficit Disorder and other rock-ish songs (operation Hellfish, Never Trust A Snake). I guess I feel nostalgic towards those ones because at the time I was a kid who had just discovered pop punk in the form of Simple Plan and thought they were the coolest. Petty Theft Homer is a good one too, it’s sneaky and innocent with a little bit of childish cheekiness. And I love Harbour Hustle too, that funky smooth jazz with the interpolation of the Simpson’s theme is great, if that song came on every time I hopped in my car, driving would be so much less stressful, it’s just relaxing and cool, makes me wanna drive a convertible on the beach esplanade with sunglasses and one hand on the steering wheel. And I can’t believe you didn’t include the phone booth vehicle selection music! That was one of the best!

Incriminating Caffeine, Wolves Stole My Pills, and Cell Outs/Frink's Theme are my personal favs from this list. Also, all of Bart's music, with the heavy guitar use gives me weird...Sonic Adventure 2 Battle vibes? Like, it just reminds me A LOT of that soundtrack, but it might just be because I played those two games quite a bit growing up. The only thing I don't agree with is Legitimate Business as number 1. It's very different, and it IS a cool theme...but it's also just 10 seconds of music looping over and over again. It's literally just four repeating whole notes, with a very quick synth line that plays over the third whole note. Outside of the techno echo effect, that's all there is to it lol. I never really got into it admittedly, I always found it kind of unremarkable as far as the music tracks went.

Alongside "Halls Balls", I really like the song for "Never Trust a Snake" because of the low note backing guitar (I don't know my terminology) setting that serious tone versus the other similar rock songs. It's similar to how I like piano pieces backed by low, rhythmic notes. 15. "Vox Nerduli" is meant to be a shoutout to the fight music of Star Trek TOS 12. Another shoutout piece to Tom Jones' "It's Not Unusual"

As much as I love both Homer's driving music and Lisa's driving music, I gotta put Bart's driving music as my favorite. When I was a kid, I really loved this game, and level two was especially resonant with me not only because it was really fun but also because it felt relatable. My mother worked for the Transportation Security Administration when I was young, and my dad sold marijuana on the side just for extra money. I was an only child, and I spent a lot of my time at that age riding around in the car with my dad to meet up with his friends so he could make a sale. My dad is really into rock music, so the experience of driving around downtown in the afternoon with rock playing in the background felt just like my real life experience of riding in the car with my dad in the afternoon, going around downtown, listening to rock on the radio.
