I was pleasantly surprised with the Retro Glam Palette. I reach for it a lot more than I thought I would. I am getting the My Dream Palette for Christmas. Can't wait to try it out! When I swatched it in Sephora I was impressed with the different formulas and colors.

Okay I bought the two Adept palettes just because of this video. I love shiny beautiful colors like you and your code did work on both the Minka and Heather Austin palettes. Can’t wait to get them! I watched an old 5 looks one palette last night for a tutorial on the ND Gold palette for a Christmas party. I chose the first look with the teal and lime Crime and dabbed just a bit of the gold astral shade from the Moonlight Seduction palette in the center of the lid. Thanks for the guidance. I think it turned out beautifully! Gosh those Astral shades truly are stunning. I thought I didn’t need this palette then I swatched those shades in Sephora and bought it the next day (on sale). The My Dream palette is my new favorite ND palette or most used/versatile palette. The shades in Gold are so special. I’ve worn that make up by Mario palette a ton since getting it too! I fell in love with some smaller palettes this year as well: Chantecaille Giraffe, Dior Riviera and TF Tiger Eye. Great top picks for the year. I like how you broke up these two videos as well.

Every time I see that glam natural palette I want it and I couldn’t figure out what it reminded me of….it looks exactly like the Morphy 18 W natural palette minus that shimmery green. they look very similar &I would totally be interested in somebody comparing them…😅😅😅

2nd comment after video: Great ranking and for the your style (from what I get from your videos the ranking is perfect). 🥰 I love your style and do makeup similarly half the time, the other half is colorful LOL! So in between your top 5 of have some colorful ones LOL. The Odens Eye Christmas palettes are probably my top favorite followed closely by Nearly Natural and the Glamlite Scooby-Doo palettes. I also would have Nomad and Minagerie up top somewhere. The Pat McGrath, Mario, and Natasha mixed in LOL. There was so much great makeup this year. Thank you for taking the time to do these videos. I looove the quality of the ND Retro Glam palette but I wouldn't have ranked it as high, because there are soo many shades that look almost identical when you put them on the eyelids. There is almost like a double of each shade, the individual shades looking slightly different in the pan, but in the eyes they translate the same. You could honestly half the amount of shades in the palette and still get the same amount of looks.🤷🏻‍♀

First want to say loved this the video and all of your videos are my go to along with Alyssa on her for everything makeup 💄 Nice to know ABH is back in game and not tanking like UD...that is a disappointment all on its own. When UD changed formula of perversion and subversion mascara and primer, I was so lost because it was my go to and all time fave mascara w the primer. It was my one splurge back in the day and my most long time loved makeup item. Anyways, speaking of ABH, my favorite combo from Modern Renaissance was the orange ochre color in crease with love letter in outer v, deepened with the dark brown but it was so hard to pull off because if you blended them too much, they got muddy. But when I could get it right, it was one of my all time favorite eyeshadow combos. I have same color eyes as you do and it looked amazing. Maybe you should try it like that, I think it would look amazing on your eyes too :) Mothership X is one of palettes I ordered on black friday and can't wait to try that color combo w shades that are probably more blendable!

It seems to me that Natasha Denona is geared to a more mature customer who wants a good quality palette that is not sparkly. I think there are palettes geared to different demográficos and they don’t all have to be the same. As a professional woman in my late 50s I don’t want to go to work looking like a disco ball.
