blood brothers looks like an offshoot of Cabal (modern day, gun down structures, etc) half way through the video I started recognizing some- Raiden (or a variation of) Aliens, Mercs, Smash TV (which made me get the NES version, then the SNES version) Super Pang, which I saw at our at-the-time-it-was-open pizza joint.....

Super Pang was the best for me. Absolutely loved that game. Raiden was great but Raiden II was better. (That Purple laser). Toki, Demon's World and Magic Sword should be on this list imo

Not really a fan of your Top 20 list, while a few titles are very good, majority of list I wouldn't even rank in top 100 arcade games let alone top 20 of the 90's.
