what command to unlock permanent tek engyram? i use defeatallbosses command but it didnt unlock all the tek engyram..still have 4 tek engyram didnt permanent unlocked.

DefeatAllBosses use this command if you have a God console

You can try GiveCreativeMode and all the tek engyrams will be unlocked but if you close the game and then open it you have to type it again cuz the engyrams will be locked if you close the game so you have you type it when ever you open the game hope this helps ❤
