I was a bass drummer with Cap City 2 this season. The plastic was not fun to clean up off the floor, ever. It was very problematic when we had to create a tarp refold at show sites that did not have a tarp refold area. But I loved kicking bottles and getting hit in the head with them. Absolutely loved performing that show.

I was Sparkman's vibe section leader for the fall season this year. I was going to be in So Below, but then it came to light i was going to be moving to Germany before the new year. I was saddened that I couldn't go to Dayton for my second year, and that I would have to leave the Ensemble I loved and spent so much of my time with. Flash forward to March-April, now in Germany, and news comes to me that Sparkman got bumped up to the World-class position it deserves. I was Jubilant, beaming with pride, but also distressed that I could be with my friends for this joyous occasion. When I saw you rank Sparkman higher than many of the other Ensembles we used to look up to less than a year ago, I nearly cried in Joy. Thank you so much for putting my friends high on your list, it means the world to us.

Glad to see Blue made your top 5! It was a crazy season and riding a bit off the coat tails of our 2020 show that never got see the end of a season. We had our hopes high in prelims when we came overall 3rd in visual score, getting a 97 from one judge, but the rest just didn't agree. We had a lot of unorthodox moves and very few general and standard formations which made it hard for a lot of judges to score us properly. But we managed to make finals for the 3rd time in MCP history and were a show loved by many. A good year to age out on.
