If you scroll all the way down almost to end of the blog but before you get to the comment section there is a download now button you should be able to click on. You will have to register an email with that blog to get the printable but I did a year ago and never had an unwanted emails or any problems. Hope that helps.

Melody Medlock I just signed up again with a different email and got it to work. The password I got to access the prinatable was FREEDOWNLOAD Try that in all caps no spaces. After you click download it asks you for a password so just whether that and follow the prompts. Not sure if the password changes per email address that is registered but it’s worth a shot. Good luck!
