Cool thank you yes sucralose does spike sugar. But I don't read into that too much cause I drink zero grape Powerade all the time and have never had any weight gain issue. I do keto for weight loss not diabetic reasons if that were the case I would probably not drink anything with sucralose. Also have you ever had Zevia mango ginger? That was my jam forever even when I started keto cause stevia doesn't spike sugar and I used to be so worried about that, but not now. But after 6 months I discovered stevia pretty much puts me to sleep. I would have these energy drinks and be so tired after. Then I tried other stuff with stevia and same things I got uncontrollably tired. But I liked that flavor alot. I think they have like 5 or so Mango ginger Kola Raspberry Lime Grapefruit Strawberry Kiwi Pineapple paradise Never cared for any but the mango ginger and it was really good.

I knew it was going to be 3D Gold in#1!😋. I had to come back to your most recent favorite energy drink video to find out what your favorite was. I could never get tired of this flavor. Its a staple for me. Never gets old, so smooth and mellow and has this 3d depth to it that imo makes it a touch better than for example trippy hippie. Of course this is the 2023 list, hopefully it makes it to the 2024 favorites. Is it getting tougher to pick a favorite that you would drink everyday ?

I love how passionate you are about the swedish fish ghost. How you feel about it is how I used to feel about monster khaos. Based on this year's releases and last year's top 3, my guess was abe baddy berry, 3D gold, and gfuel miami nights as your top 3. I got the order wrong but actually guessed all three correctly lol. For context, I love zero sugar cola, but I do understand why some people call Miami Cola either one of the worst energy drink flavors or one of the best in a personal top 5, based on your review. I bought a 12-pack one time and got accustomed to the flavor, which is why it’s a favorite. At the moment, there isn’t a lot of cola flavored energy drinks on the market. However, if Coca-Cola Energy Zero Sugar was still available, it would likely replace Miami Cola. I haven’t tried it, but I’d assume it would be better.

Good job! I just watched your replay. You got confused by when I said "2 of the top 3 from last year..." maybe because it was a 2x speed, but I said, "2 out of the top 3 last year got bumped out. This was a great ‘Top 20 List’ this year. Very interesting takes on energy drinks that have either gone down the list or there being new additions this year. My usual go-to brand and flavors happen to be from 3D. Glad to see it high on the list this year.

1. Reign Strawberry Jalapeno (RIP), 2. Ghost Swedish Fish, 3. Gorilla Mind Black Cherry Vanilla. Strawberry Jalapeno will forever be my top regardless of availability. I seem to be the only person that understood the flavor, and the flavor you got was very dependent on the amount you drank with each sip. When you hit it just right you would get that strong jalapeno flavor and spice in the throat that was so good.

Lots of great drink there! The Jalapeno Strawberry was a unique flavor and I figured it would be discontinued because not enough people would like or understand it. If you were looking for other peppery drinks, Eschelon has some. Unfortunately, it is 300mgs of caffeine in an 8oz can.

As for Zero Pack, the owner is great and Im sure I could approach him but honestly, it was a little tough to get the 5 that I chose in the box just based on them all being in the box already. Although some people might like getting my box, a lot of people may not know who I am and feel like they are just getting duplicate energy drinks from previous boxes. I do take recommendations on future video topics and if they are amazing ideas, I do them. If they are "ok" ideas they get added to my list of potential videos. I typically do a lot of new energy drinks and only fit in "other" videos when I have time.

Solid list CM, Enjoyed a Peach Mango Nectar last night and now I have a single can left of it, Guess I have to try the new Peach Mango now Now as for my top 3: Ghost Swedish Fish, as for Mango flavors its really hard to choose between C4 Smart, Bucked Up low stim or Ghost, 3rd id have to say Reign Storm Kiwi, Now this could easily change once I get my hands on a Gorilla Mind Kiwi can or Alani Nu but I was surprised.

First off, I want to congratulate you on your 5th Anniversary. Hard to believe it has been 5 years already and hope for many more to come. This was a rather interesting list you came up with for your top 20 favorite drinks I thought. I am glad you went with only sugar free drinks and ones that were less than 300mg. Would I agree with most of the drinks you have on your list and where you rated them no but then again not everyone is going to like the same drinks. I know if I was to do a top 20 list it would be a lot different for sure. A lot of the drinks you posted are good drinks but not ones I would probably drink very often. Your top three drinks did surprise me a bit. Your number 1 drink 3D Gold would not make my list because I am not a fan of coconut. I am sure it is a good drink and wish I liked coconut but can't do it even is it is very light tasting in the drink. My top drink I know would probably surprise a lot of people. My top drink would have to be the Watermelon Limeade by G Fuel. I think it has such a strong watermelon taste and not that candy type watermelon which I don't really like. Also, has a good limeade taste and feel they both complement each other really nicely. The colder I can get that drink really helps to bring out the flavor a lot more.

I picked up adrenaline shock fruit punch today and orange breeze cause they had buy 2 for $4.50 deal I liked the fruit punch . I'll try orange tomorrow but I like fruit punch flavor but my all time fave drink flavor is "Grape" i know I saw a video and saw you are not a grape fan and that's ok I'm not a blue raspberry fan. Ah, Keto! There are a ton of sugar free energy drinks BUT does sucralose still spike your blood sugar? I know it is hit or miss for a lot of people. Could we get a top 15 or 10 of the energy drinks that you feel give you the most energy. You go all over taste profiles and no mention of which ones make you ready to roll lol again maybe thats tough to do when you're used to the ingredients so often. It could be the delivery service moreso than the company. Anytime UPS delivers us a package, its always damaged. We've reported our driver numerous times for it, as well as not leaving packages without a signature. They don't care though because they are desperate for drivers.

Ghost has probably three drinks in my top 5. #1 is far and away Ghost Warheads Sour Apple. Warheads Watermelon isn't far behind. And yes, the Swedish fish is definitely in the Top 5 as well. Just got the RedCon1 Cali Splash and it was fantastic. Alani Nu Witches' Brew is possibly in my Top 5 but there are times it gives me major jitters, which isn't common for me. Although all the Reign flavors get me super jittery. So Ghost is my big winner, ever reliable. Eager to try more RedCon1. Used to love the C4s, but for some reason they taste different to me the last six months, weirdly metallic and kind of flavorless. Really want to try Bucked Up, but it's so expensive!

Im not a fan of lemonade flavors but I thought they did a pretty good job with "Kims" drink. These people just sponsor the drinks, so I hardly ever care. Lebron James promoted Mtn Dew Energy and that drink went nowhere. No matter how powerful Lebrons name may be, he couldnt get people to buy that crap. Red Bull! #1 energy drink company in the world! I hear they plan on releasing more sugar-free flavors...so maybe they'll get added to my list. 😂

"MY" Top 20 list, usually covers it, and I go on to explain it in the video for those new to the channel, so I hoped that was good enough. To be accurate and satisfy everyones opinion Id have to title the video "My Top 20 Sugar free under 300mg of caffeine without stevia and without monkfruit because I can't have stevia and monkfruit and don't like grape or orange flavors either Energy Drink List." KZbin doesnt allow that many characters so I simplified.

I wish their new sugar-free flavors were just a little bit better. Their original spicy is still solid but too much sugar. It would be nice to see them do a Sugar Free Spicy version of Cocaine Energy Drink.
