I have a i7-2600 with gtx 1050 ti 4gb and 18gb of ram 500gb hdd and 240gb ssd and 600 watt psu and no matter what game I play gta 5, Fortnite , warzone even if it’s running 45-70fps I’m still getting mini stutters . I have optimized the pc and turned graphics down and still can’t get rid of them. Any advice?

For me is like PUBG clone with superpowers. Everything (menu, map etc.) remind me PUBG in this game and because of that Super People is not bad (but I'm not a fan of superpower or different weapon levels in BR game, I prefer more realistic gameplay so for me PUBG is still better).
