Right. I was over here like "AHH ahh Maury, you can't just make up meanings". So I guess it all depends on context. Sheshhhh. Well Spanish is the same way. For example: sobre. It can mean above, envelope, or inregards to.

Yes, Yes, Yes, this video was very helpful in my lessons to learn German! I took notes on just about every word you explained here. Background: I started learning German a few years ago, did really well with it and then life got in the way, and I got a bit derailed. I recently picked it back up and am going into it "full speed ahead" mode. To my surprise, I actually retained a lot of what I had learned back then so this is a great way to refresh / retrain my mind and to also motivate me to get back in the game. Your delivery / presentation is very well done and very easy to follow along; and, you had my attention the entire time. I so much enjoyed the many many meanings of "bitte". I knew of a few, very few, but your expanding on the word is just wonderful! I learned a lot from your video, and I am a subscriber now and a definite thumbs up. Will be searching out your other videos. Thanks, again!
