Great list . My personal #1 is Sixth Sense so i wouldnt put the list in the same order but i love the choices you made. Your list is must watch for fans of ghost/supernatural/paranormal movies. :)

the changeling! hands down simple good ghost story and hello George c Scott melvyn Douglas too a++ I had it on TV a young guy was replacing my patio door he kept stopping to watch he was like WHAT is this movie??!! Tough choice w that and the ORPHANAGE BUT I gotta say that's thevone I bought the DVD. Such a. good sad story.

Anyone else ever watched The 4th kind as a ghost movie? After all all those people do seem to be haunted by something. But maybe I´m just breaking too many rules now. Just gets more interesting when I do not automatically put films in just one category in my mind. The 4th kind was a nice one to play with.

Pretty decent list but in case of "The Grudge" and "Ring" people should watch the original Japanese versions.

In my opinion , those Japanese versions is not really that scary to me ! like the American version is like 30 times scarier plus looks much better to me and probably to alot of people ...but you know everybody has different taste .

Maybe somebody here can can me it there’s a ghost movie I seen once when I was like in middle school And keep in mind my descriptions aren’t very good but in this movie there’s this ghost that’s been following And has been with the Girl until the point movie takes place her in her as a teenager I don’t remember if she was with an orphanage or with her family what throughout the entire movie this ghost has been trying to unify it’s self with her And obviously the friends family of this girls spend the entire movie trying to prevent that from happening drastic movie the girls keeps getting closer and closer to her spiritually and at the end of the movie once they thought they exercised or remove banished the ghost from her kill all happy ending vibes and such but when I came to the girl again it turns out that the ghost that was trying to unify with her didn’t actually get exercised or banister whatever it took opportunity to unify with her and she willingly excepted him because the fact that he’s been there with her her entire life and once the unified it didn’t show but you can hear that she was killing everyone that helped her and others you can hear them screaming dying etc. and I think she walked out of the home all bloody and then the movie ended with her walking away
