The way Endgame filled me with so much joy, bringing to fruition the plot threads of a story that spanned over twenty movies, the sheer scale of which hadn't been seen or even imagined since Wagner's Ring Cycle, continuously, always more, and just when you think you couldn't be happier there's even more, with the score building and building and building, and ending with an emotionally stirring and completely satisfying conclusion, I just... How is that not cinema? That's like the pinnacle of cinema.

You know Marvel did something right when several of the lists has one of their infamous moments as number 1 on multiple of WatchMojo's list. Cap wielding Mjolnir and the final battle definitely got my jaw dropping in cinemas. For the rest, I'm not so sure because if you grew up with the many parodies it's not much of a twist is it? Like while watching the movie you'll be like "well I saw it coming" it doesn't make it any less epic but like it's not quite as impactful as it should be y'know? Endgame hasn't gotten that and even so it most definitely exceeded everyone's expectations with every scene

While I loved Braveheart, you mentioned goose-bump inducing words. I give you my favorite epic scene, ever, from Gladiator, when Maximus is forced to remove his mask and face Commodus. Watching all of the bravado leave Joaquin Phoenix's face is priceless, and Russell Crowe's delivery of his lines makes them hairs stand up.

For me it’s probably Endgame Avengers Assemble. I’ve seen like 20 times and every time I get ridiculously pumped up. Jumping up and down, heart racing, can’t breathe, trying to contain myself so I don’t literally explode from all my emotions....So epic! But Star Wars has many, Lord of the Rings does too (although I feel like the Ring getting destroyed and Sauron and his army getting destroyed is probably the most epic LOTR moment)....

SPOILER FOR SNYDER CUT BELOW I've seen all these movies and i love all these scenes, but to me the best movie moment I actually seen was in justice league Snyder cut when flash reversed time. I have never seen a more jaw dropping moment. First We see the portal to Darkseid open and I bet everyone as like oh SNAP. Then Cyborg says it's to late, the mother boxes form the unity and it destroys the world. Then We see Barry use the speed force at the last second to save himself from the explosion. Finally he uses his last bit of courage to run faster than he ever has before while he talks about how much he loves his father, and the music is INCREDIBLE 10/10

Darth Vader’s “No, I am your father” scene is definitely number one, not the Avengers. Not only it’s a much more impactful scene and it blew everyone away, but I can guarantee you that in 30 years from now, there’s no way that the scene from Avengers will be remembered as much as the “No, I am your father” scene from ESB is remembered now! In fact “No, I am your father” will still be remembered in 30 years from now, it’s a once in a lifetime scene!
