Although there is one thing that bugs me…his last name. It’s an Ashkenazi Jewish sounding surname and some people on TVTropes suggested he’s a descendant of a Converso but Conversos were more of a Sephardic identity so he can’t be a Converso. It’s a shame that Treasure Planet is underrated because Silver is a very relatable villain and important character. He becomes a surrogate father to Jim, despite being the reason he and his mother lose their home and having false motives for the voyage, when Jim’s spent his teen years without a father. Plus, I love having a disabled character and how they address it, showing how people can judge those who are different, but Silver is still capable of doing things and I love the animation with his mechanical arm and the many features it has. Gothel ended up on this list?? Ok, I'm sure we're all totally against kidnapping an infant girl from her parents who has magic rejuvinating powers in her hair, but isolating Rapunzel in a tower for 18 years of her life via Stockholm Syndrome still is an inexcusable crime and in no way "relatable". And let's not forget, in the _Rapunzel Tangled Adventures_ tie-in series, Gothel abandonded her unwanted daughter Cassandra the very night she absconded Rapunzel.

IDK, to be honest I always felt like the reason Gantu was fired is because he kidnapped/endangered a child. So he wasn't fired for trying to do the job he was asked to do, he was fired for going outside the bounds of the law and morality in order to do said job (which essentially amounted to him causing an interplanetary incident). Especially considering that the Galactic Federation seems to have something similar to the Prime Directive, which Gantu's actions probably violated.

4:27 While Stinky Pete nearly convinced Woody about staying with him and the Roundup Gang in the Japan toy museum because they would be loved and adored, it would have been really worse for them. Given that museums have security cameras to avoid any kind of theft, this means that the Roundup Gang would have been forced to never move ever again. 13:55 In medieval culture, an event like a royal christening is not a private party; it’s the public social event of the year. To not invite any person of rank to such an event is a deadly insult. Maleficent is certainly someone you wouldn’t want at a party, but she’s also someone powerful enough that only a fool would ever dare treat her with such blatant disrespect. The only way the King and Queen could possibly have gotten away with not inviting Maleficent was to not invite any of the fairies at all; inviting the other fairies and excluding her is explicitly taking sides in the conflict between the fairy factions. Which means they made themselves her sworn enemies, and she responded by treating them as such from then on. If you actually get into analyzing the social dynamics of the scene, it’s very clear that Maleficent was willing to show mercy at first by giving the King and Queen a chance to apologize for their disrespect to her. She doesn’t curse Aurora until after she gives them that chance and they throw it back in her face with further disrespect. And yeah, if the King and Queen had done the properly respectful thing and invited her, Maleficent would have given Aurora a scary awesome present. Moreover so would the other fairies, because at that point both sides would be using it as an opportunity to show off and one-up each other. What they gave her before Maleficent showed up was basically just trivial party favors by fairy standards.

He is commonly depicted as a ruthless and manipulative monster who is feared by all who encounter him. His power is also shown to be incredibly demonic, being able to unleash hellish realms and spirits.

You also missed Gaston from Beauty and the Beast and Phillium Benedict from Recess: School's Out; Gaston wants to be with Belle and tries hard to get her to like him (he even ignores every other girl for Belle and plans about their lives together) and so it may be easy to side with how she rejects him as she does (and may go to extremes). And Benedict just wanted to improve the school system and couldn't see any other way but to get rid of Recess to do so. John Sliver - is relatable because, he NOT think his past😢 He did Jim & his mother at end😊 Captain Gantu- after retirement his NEW job, he NOT doing Revenge or getting old job back. Ursurla's family- didn't think her sister.😢 Her family kick out.😢Ursurula wants payback.

as I repeatedly mention, the "Evil" Fairy was excluded because *everyone thought she been ded* due to having been incommunicado for an unspecified amount of time also Scar & Balthazar's predicaments were actually their own faults

How 'bout Robert Callaghan/Yokai from "Big Hero 6" or Diane "Di" Amara from the "City of Monsters" arc of Season Two from "Big Hero 6: The Series"?

When I’m not invited to something fun, I do become Maleficent. I can’t curse people though.

Suddenly… Maleficent and I share similarities with 2 differences: I only want to be included if I am consented. Crazy how I just want to be in any online game guild, Roblox group, and, in most cases, any Minecraft related activity. That’s a difference. I’m relatable because I want to be included in what others do, excluding dangerous and illegal activities. Well, it could’ve been worse.

Relatable Disney Villains Gabby Gabby- I relate to Gabby Gabby the most due to rejection by others mainly because nobody seems interested by me and would not be romantically involved with me. Hades- I relate to Hades secondly due to being fluent in Sarcasm and tend to lose myself getting angry easily Mother Gothel- I relate to Mother Gothel thirdly being an actress and being theatrical is definitely my personality

I For One Use To Be Like Syndrome As A Child, Always Obsessed About Being Apart Of Your Favourite Superhero's Inner Circle And Fighting Side By Side Along With Him Only To Brutally Find Out That He's Just Not Interested To Acknowledge Your Ability And Assistance In A lot Of Occasions So I Personally Understood Why He Did Things That He Did Plus His Reliance On Technology Than Superpowers is Similar To Batman ❤💖
