I am an IT Instructor and thought this was a GREAT video. Really liked the Quick Access Tool Bar (QATB) tip. Another way I add items to my QATB is for some buttons in the ribbon, you can right-click it and choose the option to add it to the QATB. This does not work for EVERY button, but it does for most. This tip also works for most other Office Applications, like Word, Excel, etc.

Decent video fo tips - please note two things. In your mail clean up you should also talk about changing the settings of the email account - especially those who use Office 365 or similar exchange system. By default OL 2016 only syncs 1 yr of email so a person can think they have a clean mailbox when older email or sent mail can clog up the server and eventually block them from sending email. The other issue is regarding marking junk mail. Two cautions here - most of us have multiple devices so marking as spam on OL will not affect a phone or tablet unless you leave OL open all of the time. Also it depends on your server if OL will communicate that back to the server so the server marks it for other devices. Seems to work fine with Office 365 or other exchange servers as it was designed for, but not for pop or other free email services.
