Just a clarification, the kinjutsu : ultimate beast mode has the same effect with kinjutsu : rage of Yama. You mentioned that all damage will be taken by the enemy INSTEAD of you. However, while using rage of Yama, the damage is still being taken by both the user and the attacker that's why there's a huge risk on using that skill.

You are right and its a strong jutsu but 18 cd is super high for a disperse, that's why I dont think it is a top20 jutsu.

DP was from 1st battle pass and red flash was from one of the events, it might come back.
