Not just the major contributors to the game can obtain it. Any player can contribute cosmetics to earn this rare skin. However, being a contributor takes considerable skill, and only about 5 regular players have it, making it one of the rarest skin.

@@d5nge imo it’s a dev skin. Pretty much everybody who owns that skin was already a contributor before getting it. Only 1 or 2 real players (new contributors) actually got it (if not none)
