@captainmarvelous76783 жыл бұрын
You could say that but at the end of the day you are taking a risk that things work out for you if you turn down a guaranteed contract for the probability of making more on your own. Amy of these pitchers could walk out of the studio and be hit by a truck and paralyzed, unable to work anymore. Or the economy could crash, or your family could get sick and have extravagant medical bills, or there could be a weather event that destroys your current supply of materials/inventory. In any of those cases taking the guaranteed money would've turned out to be the safer choice. We just never know what could happen. I think of AMC theaters. They spent a lot of money to renovate their theaters at a loss the last few years. The projections were that that would make the money back and more because now their theaters were a more premium experience and the avengers movies had people buying tickets in droves. And rhen the pandemic happened and the company came very very close to bankruptcy. In a situation like that, having sold the chain instead of doing the renovation would've been the smarter choice in that case.

I’m surprised Shaq hasn’t gone on Shark Tank as an investor! He’s got investments in all kinds of things, & a lot of money to play with.

I know there is a whole school of thought with shoes that think less shoe is better. So, I could totally see how they think it would be a good idea. A little knowledge can go a long way if your investing in something.

Kodiak cakes. 100%. Im obsessed. The protein version. Right now the pumpkin one. I have tried other protein pancake mixes and I keep coming back to kodiak.

"6 days is too long to deliver flowers" how long do you think it takes to deliver flowers to the supermarket before they are put on the shelves? The supermarket I use to work at only had weekly deliveries so some flowers were sitting out on display on a room-temp shelf for 7 days and still get bought.

We live in Socal and its hot as hell here in summer in older apartments w no central aircon. The purchasable window units only work if you are right in front of it & rest of the place is 95* plus high humidity. Its soooo hot here you cant even do anything. (Cooking also>> forget about it for 6 months). Beds are too hot too. Its 247 hotttt here. Those without reliable cars & no money to afford higher rents are living SOL. I wonder if this bed product really works, & what its lifetime usage is. Hopefully affordable 😮
