It's obviously a hoax, if she was so terrified why would she start recording and doing a running commentary Instead of screaming for her family (who happen to live next door) or just running home? She is the cleaner of the house, she also pays the utility bills etc and acts as a guide, she is operating a 'haunted house' and paranormal investigators pay to do check out the house, so obviously she has a vested interest in promoting the place because it is her business. 30 East Drive, Pontefract, West Yorkshire, England is the location and there are many many videos on KZbin about the place.
