"Walking on Sunshine" was my power anthem as a teenager. I used to always tell people I was named after the lead singer in "Katrina and the Waves", but it was merely a coincidence. 😊

My sister was a Singer and Songwriter with a gorgeous voice. She could cover all these Songs listed. She passed away of bone and breast cancer 2 years ago. I always had a dream of Shania Twain singing her works. 😢❤God I miss her. But she smartly put them all on bandcamp. So me and Mum listen when lonely for her.

What a fantastic list! I immediately thought of I Will Survive as soon as I saw the title of the video and I’m glad it was #1! But also thrilled to see Don’t Stop Me Now, RESPECT, So What!, Walking on Sunshine, Run the World (Girls) & Dancing Queen. Never would have thought of it for this list but I love the tune!! 😅 Whoops and Staying Alive! I adored that while growing up!

So What had me want to parade down the street without a partner tying me down. It could've been easily dismissed as a bratty and juvenile track, but Pink makes that work to her advantage with unapologetic fiery attitude Ironically it's the song that got Pink and Carey back together. If that's not a silver lining I don't know what is.

I Will Survive HAD to be at least near #1, but I would have liked to have seen Carly Simon's Let The River Run which was featured in the movie Working Girl. It's the girls' equivalent to the boys' Bohemian Rhapsody where we turn up the car radio volume as high as it will go and sing along.

Unstoppable by Sia as well as a version of unstoppable by the score. Those songs just coincidentally have the same name. But the meaning behind both are basically the same.

@gfear2418 күн бұрын
One of the worst written songs of all time, TBH. 9 writers and none of them could come up with a word that rhymes with "fire"? The song uses the word "Fire" to end 15 lines in the song, and never once rhyme it. That is as lazy as it gets.
