Dang man you're big on the indie stuff huh? Personally I would put Prince of Persia in the top three Metroidvanias I've ever played. Is this in some sort of order or are you just listing out the 20 best games so far this year?

These were in chronological order of release this year. And I think I’m actually learning that about myself as well. I really do enjoy indie games!

The issue I had with Little Kitty, Big City is that the art style doesn’t look right on the Switch. You especially notice it with the bamboo shoots. So I’m just hoping it will show up on a future console, because I’m really enticed by the idea of being a havoc-creating cat but don’t want to buy a whole other console/laptop to play it.

I'll admit i was really looking forward to the sands of time remake because of how much i loved the original, but i bought the lost crown day one and it's one of the best 2d platformers I've ever played and I'd put it up there right next to ori and the will of the wisps and metroid dread. . I just started playing thousand yesr door and im lovin it.

Pretty great list, but imo Eiyuden Chronicle should be in the top 10 for sure, it's really good on Switch after the recent update/patch. Also, Saga Emerald Beyond could be somewhere on the list too, imo.
