Yes, great suggestions and ones I have enjoyed on MAME. I would add the *Dolphin Blue* arcade game that was unofficially ported to Dreamcast. *Demon Front* (arcade) And the 3 *CT Special Forces* games that are on PS1 & GBA. Sadly, only the first game on _Playstation One_ is 2 player co-op. Me and my gaming buddy prefered it to Metal Slug back in the day because the enemies don't respawn so it was easier.

Gran top. Me encanta ver en un puesto tan alto esa obra maestra que es Gunstar Heroes. Estaba claro que Metal slug 3 iba a ser el primero porque es una obra maestra atemporal,aunque mi favorito es el X. Únicamente he echado de menos el grandísimo Atomic Runner de megadrive, superior al juego original de recreativa.

Hola amigos. Llevo meses buscando un juego arcade....los personajes son 2 hermanos que tienen casacaron de huevo,uno azul otro rosa. Los personajes se quedan en la esquinas y deben entrar a un area donde hay como bolitas amarillas y enemigos. Al entrar en el area se forma como una cadena de pollitos que debes cuidar no sea tocada. ¿alguna idea? Llevo muchos videos vistos y nada

I've been desperately trying to remember a very old arcade I spent quite a lot of money on when i was a kid. It was an up to 4 player side-shooting game, where you practically had to reach the top of the building with your team in order to beat the boss if i remember correctly. No searches of mine can give me the result i've been seeking, HELP!

hola que tal. te quería comentar de un videojuego del tipo maquinitas que también es de disparos. no recuerdo bien el nombre. pero era algo de"19**". yo recuerdo que era de un soldado al que traes de pie y esta de espaldas disparando a los enemigos. en ese juego uno usa una mira digital similar al de operación wolf. lo curioso de ese juego es que, el mono(soldado) se movía a los lados, y sin ni mal no recuerdo. para esquivar las balas, proyectiles como bombas del enemigo, este mono hacia una especie de pirueta lateral(tanto como para la izquierda o derecha). yo recuerdo que, en el juego había una chica a la que debías salvar en varios niveles del juego. esta chica por lo general estaba amarada a un poste o a una columna. y para liberarla le debías disparar a donde ella estaba. cuando eso pasaba, la chica se unía a ti y te ayudaba a disparar a los enemigos aun que no también no disparaba como uno quisiera , pero el chiste es que, ella te ayudaba hasta que la mataban y uno debía esperar a que te la encontraras en otro nivel. como dato curioso y adicional. te diré que el soldado al que uno utilizaba. aventaba granadas y aveces tenia una arma de doble mira o disparo simultaneo. el ultimo jefe era un señor tipo regordete, tipo como explorador jubilado que esta sentado en una silla de ruedas motorizada muy rara donde te lanzaba todo tipo de bombas y proyectiles ademas de disparar contra uno. espero que sepas de cual hablo. porque lo e estado buscando y no lo encuentro.

I ran this SNES game on MAME and used its filters. I always like to use crt_geom on MAME with the layer greatly reduced.

@@Kig_Ama I guess they incorporated it in because of the great arcades it had and thus the convenience of not having to switch between emulators if you have an arcade cabinet at home.

It emulates them quite well, although not all perfectly. You can create an executable .bat file and add this: 'mame64.exe snes'

Imo, the best run 'n guns, like the Contra, Metal Slug and Turrican games, came out during the 90s on 16bit platforms like SNES, Megadrive and Neo Geo. Same things with other genres, like shooters and fighting games. 90s 2D sprite based games are the best imo.
