Damn it Lois. Malcolm could've worked his way into being a top level CEO and then became President. I hated this so much she constantly threw Malcom under the bus. Even worse where some people said she was right to do this.

That was pretty much Lois`s biggest flaw in the series: Having to win every argument and getting things to go her way no matter what anyone else thought or felt.

Only watched the show a few episodes... yes maybe se did that, but maybe he would have developed a mental illness after realizing kids of he's age had a few years of fun before growing up and the mother was smart to give him that brief moment when you don't have to think that much and maybe enjoy life...

The episode with the wedding invitation was worse. it was the most boring episode of friends. The cousins thing is actually normal in many cultures around the world including mine, which I know is outlandish and gross to Amercians. lol.

George Michael punching his dad is not "widely inconsistent" with their relationship. It's pretty clear from the first three seasons that GM became increasingly disillusioned with his dad as he got older, due the fact that Michael never truly listened to him. The show even addresses this head on. So a college-aged GM punching his dad when the latter does something unforgivable is perfectly in-character.

Since the last few seasons were spent showing how incompatible Ted and Robin were, it felt like a slap in the face to all of the fans to shove them together at the last minute.

They were more compatible than man child Barney and Robin. They had more inside jokes than them. Ted was going to pretty much leave NY because of them… Also let’s not forget how Ted introduces Robin to his kids in the very first moment of the pilot… Now call me crazy but that’s now how you introduce your ex to your kids…

By the time the series finale came, they had already messed up so many relationships that I couldn't care less whether they ended up together or not. To be honest it was probably a blessing in disguise that Tracy was written off because they probably would ruin her too

From modern point of view, the most disgusting scene in Friends is when Ross pretends to be a licensed masseur, so that a sexy woman whom he has never met before, would undress and let him touch her body.

For the finale to Seinfeld, the four characters should have been released soon after due to a juror violating sequestration rules (which is what "Curb Your Enthusiasm" did with Larry after he got convicted, as he ends up later telling Jerry they should have done this idea with the Seinfeld finale).

The Seinfeld finale is so misunderstood. They spent 9 seasons not caring about anyone or anything and get punished for seemingly the smallest thing. It makes sense in the context of the show.

The Dr. Nora episode of Frasier was HILARIOUS! But I do have 2 big biases at play here. One is that I absolutely frigging LOVE Christine Baranski. She’s a massive powerhouse! Comedy, drama, singing, dancing!! The other is that I utterly DESPISE “Dr.” Laura. She’s smug and sanctimonious. Being forced to listen to her was the worst part of an otherwise enjoyable temp job I had. My supervisor was a fan. She told me “You either love her, or you hate her. There’s no in between.” It took listening for just a few minutes to realize that I hated her.

JD and Carla kissing was part of an important story arc to help heal Turk and Carla's relationship. It was a cringe moment, but what it finally leads to is Scrubs gold. I don't think it fits on this list.

It’s always sad to me that so many were too stupid to realize that HIMYM was about Ted’s love of Robin and his guilt about it. If you didn’t figure it out by the season one finale that the mom was dead, that’s on you, not the writers. 🤷🏻‍♂️

There're many bad scenes in Friends, one is when Ross dated a girl who was his student, wrong and then Rachel dated her father, also wrong, but like Friends is a comedy show, so probably get over these things

What about in children’s sitcoms like Drake & Josh with the worst episode being The Theater Thug? What really pissed everyone off about that episode is that even when Josh caught the real thug, the cops still mistakenly arrested Josh for the real thug & let the real thug escape. 😡 we get it, Josh can be a lot & a jerk sometimes like being a worst teacher for Megan & the entire class at her school, but this is a pretty messed up thing Nickelodeon ever did to one of their characters! Thankfully, Drake later got what he deserves when Josh is done with him.

One of my least favorite scenes in a sitcom happened when Ray tried to “work on” his cousin Gerard on “Everybody Loves Raymond.” When Ray is annoyed with Gerard’s mannerisms, Debra tells him, “Why don’t you work on you?” Ray then turns around and says to Gerard, “We should work on you.” The things he tries to teach Gerard, like forcing him to make eye contact and smile, just reminds me of uncomfortable moments from my life when I was forced to do the same, and my being autistic made that particularly difficult.

In retrospect, the jump the shark episode of Happy Days has been widely mocked, but it did not ruin the show's popularity as the episode aired at the beginning of season 5 and the show ran for 11 seasons.

In regards to the episode of The IT Crowd the episode was not offensive in the slightest and just because you're offended doesn't mean you're right. I find it utterly hilarious that you're not allowed to make fun of trans people but it's absolutely acceptable for a woman to beat up a man nobody says anything about that. 2024 is filled with dumb people.

In the original script, Fonzie was killed by other sharks in the water that weren't in the net circle. They were just random sharks who came over to see what was going on.

All Lois wanted was to have Malcolm play her way, she says so in that final episode that if Malcolm didnt try to defy her, she wouldve not cared but she had to set Malcolm up and sabotage things on purpose... besides Malcolm wouldve given Lois some money and helped her out

I don't mind Ted ending up with Robin. Killing of the Mother was the real worst scene. And the way the show treated her generally was gruesome as well! Her first real love dies as soon as they are getting serious, and why? So she would live like a nun the next 8 years, to wait for when Ted is finally ready to settle down, to keep her practically a virgin, untouched and unspoiled, while Ted sleeps around with half of New York! Disgusting old-world gender roles disguised as modern entertainment.

I thought the Seinfeld finale was perfect. They are held accountable for their "crimes" or sins, but even that had no effect on them as they continued to drivel on senselessly about meaningless things, showing that they will never change.

The frustrating thing about that IT Crowd episode is it was actually the show's funniest episode. Douglas and April were the B-plot, but the A-plot was the unmatched story made iconic in five words. "This, Jen...is the internet."

i'll give honorable mention to two mash episodes. first, hawkeye gets a fancy bottle of wine and has the nurses compete in a contest to win a date with him. the other was when a pretty swedish doctor (mariette hartley) visits the 4077 and he embarrasses himself while dancing with her. actually there's a third one where he tortures himself when an old flame gets stationed at the 4077. i know hawkeye evolved from a pig to a sensitive guy over the run of the show, but lord...........

The Blacklist. After they strung us along for 8 seasons about not telling the viewers what Red's actual relations with Elizabeth Keen are. They just up and kill her off. After that, despite the actors great performances through the last two seasons, I've never forgiven the writers for leading us on with so much lore to then giving fans the middle finger by not telling Red's actual identity and how he and Liz are connected. Such bullSh*t.

I used to watch Roseanne reruns when I was younger and it took me forever to understand the finale. For the longest time I thought the whole series wasn’t real and then found out it was just the last season. Also let me just say I completely agree with this entire list. I’ve cringed through almost all of these episodes 😂

Curb Your Enthusiasm mocked the Seinfeld ending again in it’s own finale, sending Larry to prison… only for Jerry to come in and save him because he accidentally tainted the jury. “This is how we should've ended the finale”.

From what I remember Sally didn’t ruin it. Tommy lost his virginity to a random chick (I think Don’s niece?) and then told Alyssa and she rightfully broke up with him.

@@PZCherokee It was Mary's niece and Tommy admitted he was wrong. Check the season 5 finale, Sally thought Alyssa was gonna dump Tommy after she was helping Tommy with his HS speech. So she came to school and lied to Alyssa's face that Tommy was breaking up with her.

Because it was retroactive old wives tell. Nobody has any issue with episode at the time it aired and the person who coin the term, that didn’t happen until almost a decade later(the episode aired in 1977 and the term wasn’t coined until 1985). The show was #1 well after this episode. Just do some research and even henry winkler said it made him upset for some time until he realized that as long as your talk about the show…you’re still talk about show.

The I.T. Crowd didn't upset it's fans with the episode shown here. It upset over sensitive critics, and 0.1% of the general populace. That's enough it seems. Because they were a very very vocal minority.

I think im more okwith the "it was just a story" ending to Roseanne than most of what else happened in the season. I didnt mind the dark, sad ending. It felt true emotionally. Im glad it didnt stick though because i like where the Connors have gone since

I remember watching friends and binge watching the whole series because my wife was obsessed with it. Middle of watching this series I pointed out saying “Ross is the worst human being there is, why are they friends with him?” And it was like glass shattering to her. She didn’t realize how terrible he was as I pointed out his flaw that weren’t actually cute but something that you go “damn, dude needs to stay away from Rachel for being so controlling”.
