You make Easter baskets forever. No matter how old they still love to get one. I still love to get them. Last year went to my son's for Easter and his girlfriend made me one along with him and her parents. I loved it and was a nice surprise. I still get stocking at Christmas too. We are always kids at heart.

I never have made Easter baskets for the kids, but we still have an Easter Egg hunt for the adult kids. My sister and I do not have grandkids yet so we enjoying watching our adult kids hunt. We hide the eggs well. Will be crafting today. Thank you Olivia for all your great ideas.

I love Skillshare Olivia. I’m learning so much. At 54 I’ve taught myself to sew by watching Skillshare. Saving up for a really good sewing machine now so I can keep learning. Anyway, I still make Easter baskets for my girls who are both grown up! Lol. Never too old! 😍😍😍

My late mom was an amazing seamstress, as is my elder sister, so they taught me through the years, as did my Home Ec. sewing classes back in the 70's. I love going to the fabric store, coming up with items I can use specific fabric on, I find so many are picking up sewing now, after it had fallen out of fashion for awhile. So I’ve tried to find something positive each day. Learning to sew has really brightened my days! And of course crafting with Olivia! 😍🥰😍🥰

@@yourthriftingfriend3970 My husband and I both had Covid at the same time, unfortunately it is rampant where he works, he is a Corrections Officer, and he brought it home. He had it far worse than I, he was on isolation for nearly 21 days, while it was 14 days for me. My only symptoms were loss of taste & smell, his were respiratory, thankfully our GP prescribed a medication combo some doctors are issuing to ward off secondary infections, and I think that really helped him from becoming more ill. It isn't a cure for Covid, but our pharmacist agreed it has helped patients feel better quicker. That was last month in January, (I had hip replacement surgery in December to boot!) he is back at work, though his energy levels are still not where they should be, but day by day we are moving toward normal again. Throw in -50° temps for the past two weeks, and I am with Olivia, needing some spring & crafting in my life! 🌺 🖌

I make Easter baskets for all my family ranging from the kids to the adults. I just make them age appropriate. I shopped for spring with my Valentine’s decor. I love the decoupaged bunnies. Good morning Olivia. For spring I did a plunger Lemon tree to match the throw pillows and buffalo check with lemons in the center of my wreath for my front porch and door.I got the materials yesterday (Sunday) I need to make the garden gate flower hanger. I couldn’t find a Fresh Market sign. In my supply I have a beautiful pink truck sign, I will put on it. I think I will leave my bucket galvanized and not paint it gold.I am so excited. Today is a pretty day for me to spray paint my garden gate outside. In Louisiana last week it was icy freezing cold rain weather. In some areas it looked like snow but it was ice on the ground and roof of houses. Thank you 🙏🏽. You continue to stay safe and stay strong 💪🏽.

I really loved your topiary idea! I had been trying to think of cheap materials to use to make something similar. I make baskets for my "Prince Charming", adult children, and grandchildren. I love all of your crafts. Hard to pick a favorite .If I have to pick one is the mod podge bunny with the napkins. I would do the whole bunny or space out the podging. I am striving to be able to decorate my mantle similar to yours. With all of the garland and decor. I still do Easter baskets for my now teens, even for my mom and other family members. I love crafting something special and gifting to a loved one. Love seeing someone one smile. For the vases..I saw pearl and sequin strips of stickers that may give a similar look without all the beads. I've already started shopping for Easter. I tend to shop ahead. Even more so with current times.

No need to cut the tassels off Olivia, they help make your top, just have someone tie or pin them together behind your neck. I have had to do that before when I've been cooking, I love tassels on a shirt, it was attracts me to the shirt in the first place. 🧥 Everyone remember, even if you are not needing eggs for Easter, buy them to make faux lemons for crafting throughout the year, easy to convert them!! 🍋

I am slowly changing out Valentines for Easter decor as we speak, and have found some adorable bunnies at TJ Max in black and white checkered as well as floral patterns. And yes I still do Easter gifts to my kids, just on a smaller scale! They think I’m nuts, but that’s okay with me! 🥕🐰🥕

Hello Olivia. Nice Topairary Tree. Cute Bunny w/Carrot & Moss Sheet Carrot Basket. Love The Bunny & Ball Garland. Def want to make those 4. Absolutely Gorgeous Colorful & Cheery Mantel ! Pretty colors for your Garland & I have been using a lot of Lambs Ear myself in Wreaths. I ❤ the different color contrast of it w/the bright & dark greens.Nice Vases & Dahlias. I did Stop Making Baskets for my Adult Kids at their request. But I still make one for The Grand Kids. I have been doing Spring Wreaths for Spring & Easter & Putting St. Patrick's Day Decor Out. After The 🍀17th of March & the Corned Beef & Cabbage, Carrots, Potatoes & Onions, I will take them down & put out the Easter & Spring Decor & do more Easter & Spring Crafts. I want to use some eggs that I got at Savers bc I wanted the Shells in the same pkg. for $2. They are the glitter ones so I'm not thrilled bc they shed awful. I'm thinking I will hair spray or clear spray them ahead to maybe keep the glitter on them & incorporate them into a garland or wreath. I get napkins at Christmas Tree Shop &/or Home Goods too, when I can get to one.They have really nice ones for about $4 or less if you want to splurge. Cute Basket & Hydrangeas. I ❤ those Signs & Wire Fence Pieces. I still have to make a Gnome or two. I'm actually buying 3 from a F friend's Mother at $10 a piece, but they are so adorable & sweet. I. love Flowers too & have Bouquets all over the house! WalMart has the Raniculous & Peonies in. I snached them up w/the Good Lavender. I’ve already made many Olivia-inspired Easter decor items. I’ve learned so much from you and love your style! My oldest is 22 and I still make her an Easter basket. I figured I’ll do baskets as long as my kids are nearby. I draw the line at mailing Easter baskets. My youngest is 12 so I still have a number of years left of making Easter baskets. Dollar Tree is a huge help in Easter baskets especially as the kids get bigger.

For your vase Trio after putting the dahlias in, I noticed you can see the stems, if you put the glass rocks or even those white Pebbles they have at the dollar store in there it would hide the fake stem. And give it some weight

I still make my 21 yr old Easter baskets also he in his second yr of college. Love all your projects. I want to make alot of Easter diy . not sure what yet. been going thur last left over to see what i need.

Hey girl hey...as always such beautiful inspirations....love the carrot diy...I am really crushing on carrots this year in my decor....🤷🏼‍♀️lol...I was hoping to find the crafting carrots an carrot Garland from DT...but I missed it...my babies are still 13 an under so I still make them Easter baskets...an will every Easter for the rest of my life...always be my babies...I'm 40 lol an in my family we still get a little Easter basket from my gma...so special to me....happy crafting....😊😊😊🥰
