I like Druw Jones still. A bit more risk/reward since his injuries last year bogged his value down but I think he could start to pop if he gets back on it and he has the talent to do it

Wouldn't it make sense for the O's to just rotate Adley and Basallo between catching and DHing once Basallo is ready? Keeping both fresh seems like it would be the ideal move.

@@Letstalkwax Seems like they're really trying to get Mayo to stick at 3rd since he has an absolute cannon for an arm. I wouldn't be surprised if they tried him in the outfield. Mountcastle is a solid player, but he's likely the odd man out if guys like Mayo, Kjerstad and Basallo all work out.

New into prospecting. I like to buy the newest product and send off cards to grade. How do you do that if these players are for older sets? Those cards have already been well-picked through to find gems.

I’ve found several gems over the years from older releases. Sometime new releases also are very bad QC issues. Grading is always a bit of a risk but it can definitely help increase value if you have a good eye for it.

@@Letstalkwax yes grading is always a risk. Sometimes the people you submit to PSA are involved in a hit and run accident before you even get the cards back (cough…Rashee Rice) Anywho, I subscribed to your Patreon and look forward to learning more from your channel. Thank you 🙏

What about Marcel mayor he’s pretty good top player in Boston draft organization

He was solid in 2023 - just not quite as good as some of the others on this list. He could have a great 2024 after getting significant upper minors exposure last year.

Why is it always the players I have auto's of on other cards but not the 1st Bowman with the exception of a few, LOL.

Chourio first auto is 22 Chrome Salas is 23 Chrome Merrill first Auto is 22 Chrome Junior first auto is 23 Bowman Amador first auto is 21 Bowman Acuna first auto is 2020 chrome delaughter is also draft, not bowman - great content but a lot of misses on where to find these guys
