I would've picked Hercules vs Lolaus from Hercules the Legendary Journeys, The Warrior Princess episode. Now Hercules and Lolaus were pitted against each other by Xena, who's been poisoning Lolaus's mind, turning him on his best friend, making him believe things that Hercules would never do. Lolaus was completely in love with Xena the first time because there's not a woman he hardly ever likes from time to time. By the end, after creating insanity between the two friends, Hercules and Lolaus pull together, and they stop fighting each other and start fighting side by side against Xena's army of ruffians. Xena was trying to get Hercules to kill his best friend, and she was using Lolaus to get to him while feeding the young warrior lies.
