That's what Mahindra doing since long time with xuv700, Thar , Scorpio n also. They will introduce base variant at very low price but they will not give delivery of vehicles for 5-6 month because Mahindra wants to charge more premiums and want to get more profit . But today's time people become blind fan boy of Mahindra and tata and ultimately suffered after getting cars with quality issue .
